So we ordered two pretzel trays, just before Christmas online. One for the doctor's office and another for our veterinarian. First the pretzel sticks are all different sizes, then at pick up the owner (I think) was yelling at us for ordering cinnamon sugar pretzels and that they don't make then and they have tried to have them removed. She continued if we did make them that they wouldn't be the price we paid online. I wasn't sure how this was our problem, or why she was so rude. Next year we will come up with a different idea, to avoid this place and suggest you do the same.

I lived less than a block from the first Philly Pretzel Factory in Mayfair! The quality hasn't been lost with all the franchises. Somers Point store is fantastic!

NASTY NASTY lady ... lousy customer Service COLD HOT DOG Pretzel... And they want to charge you for mustard for your hotdog bunch of BS. COLD HARD pretzel Bites ... Managnent Lousy -30 THAN The business owner tries to come in tomorrow with a bunch of lies NO they did not offer to make new ones out of the hell can somebody put mustard on a hotdog when it's wrapped in a pretzel and they like to use mustard to dip it in after every bite the lady was extremely rude and the guy didn't give a crap and then the business owner wasn't even there I was trying to make excuses HORRIBLE!!! Liars as well !!!!

What a relief to find such a friendly person behind the counter waiting with warm pretzels. 5 for 4 USD (as shown) and plenty of up close parking near storefront. Thank You for a nice experience. Have a lovely day and the hot pretzels at 10am on a Monday were a real treat!
Ordered 6 shamrock pretzels today and the guy working waited for us to get there before putting them in the oven so they would be hot.Very friendly and nice person and the pretzels were awesome.
