“Pretty good sushi. Most people would be grossed out by shop right sushi however it is pretty good and they will make custom rolls for you if you ask. I have noticed a decrease in quality over the last 2 years and the prices have gone up. But overall a 3.5/5 for the fast easy decent sushi.“

“This place is my number one favorite restaurant in town, people are very friendly and service is very good and foods are delicious and fresh, shrip tempura roll and California roll and bubble tea are my Son's favorite, I like everything over there,we go there every week,if i don't feel like go out to eat sometimes, i just call take out order, after I hang up the phone order then drive to there,my foods are ready to pick up,it's fast and convenient, I love it!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly!“
“I highly recommend Ocean View Sushi. The menu has a large variety of delicious items with great descriptions to help make ordering easy. Fresh food is very important to in making great flavor and that is what they have served me every time. The atmosphere is quite calming. Eating here for one or more is very accommodating. You can eat in or pickup & takeout.. which ever works best for each customer. They are open for lunch & dinner daily and also have lunch specials. My absolute favorite Resteraunt for Sushi!“
“This was my first time eating here. Placed an order for pick up and heard all good things plus I’ve checked out the menu and have been meaning to try for awhile. Finally tried tonight and it’s officially my favorite. I love Chinese and sushi and this place has both. The rolls were amazing. Smaller than Sakura where I typically order at but way better! Also ordered general tos chicken and it was so good and the proportion was big. Tried tuna pizza for the first time, it was different but really good. Their kani salad is really good too! I’m not ordering Chinese or getting my sushi from anywhere else anymore. This place has great food!“

Yes it is on the pricier side, but they are on Asbury Ave. That's like being upset that a restaurant in NYC is higher priced. I wouldn't call it overpriced though. “I was really hesitant about going because my past experience wasn't a good one. But my company as did my children, so we went and the service was good the food was better.Are cookies really down to earth and entertaining but not overly talkative which made it good.Food was served in 3 different stages seasoned well and the hostess did a good job keeping our drinks refilled and clearing of appetizer plates.A bit pricey but I will give it a 7.8“
“Best sushi in the South Jersey shore, perhaps the whole state. They put so much fish in their rolls so you really feel like you're getting your money's worth. Service is always quick and polite and the restaurant is very clean.Only complaint is that the parking can be hectic to pull in/out of due to the location (the location is otherwise great) and that I wish they had more specialty rolls (particularly ones that have spicy crab).I always recommend this first when people ask me for sushi recommendations“
