Placed an online order at 11:18 for 11:33 pickup. I arrived around 11:35 and was told they just got the order and it's going to be a little bit. It's 12:10 now and they still haven't touched my order for 1x sandwich and continue to only help customers coming through the door. Three other people have been waiting for their pickup orders as well since I arrived. Truly unacceptable levels of customer service skills. They need help here.

Got some sandwiches tonight. I mean they had a tight shift team tonight. Great group of workers. Great music. Great service. Great sandwiches made. Not messy. They were all doing their part; Cleaning, cooking, servicing. Young men (Xavier, Arlin, Elton,Chris) doing grown men business thangs!! Not playing around, not joking. Just serving customers the right way and keeping the location clean and top notch!!! Thanks guys. PS Keep that play list going!! I didn't want to leave ?

We went here to grab some sandwiches for lunch. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean. The subs were delicious and fresh. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Will the manager was especially helpful and what we needed to order will definitely be back.

Came to this jersey Mike's near my job. I've beenn anticipating it opening. The store looks good. It's a smaller location. The staff seems a bit overwhelmed by the lunch rush, but I'm sure they will get it together in time. Food is always good, no complaints about that. Once their team gets some cohesiveness then the lunch rush won't be an issue.

Sorry but that was the WORST Honey Roasted Turkey sandwich I ever had.. Trust me, drive another 10 minutes down 27 to Tastee Sub or 5 minutes away to Mr. Subs...I want my money back!! The sandwich was smaller than Tastee Sub & Mr. Sub also & cost more....I cant say anything positive about this spot & I just couldn't wait for it to open & now this....Aw Hell to the NO!! If I could I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Sorry to be so harsh but I love to eat & this was a great disappointment.

Our new favorite sub shop- Willing to clean the slicer upon request, which we always ask when ordering cold cut meat bc we don’t eat ham. Really appreciate how nice the staff was when we made the request. Number 7 is our favorite.
