I work near by so, I get the coffee almond smoothie sometimes for a late breakfast. I placed an order for 10:45am and, I felt bad since I was running late. When I got there at 11:00am and, nobody was aware of my order and, it was not ready. I was not upset since I was late anyway. The guy was very nice about it and, started to make my smoothie. I started to notice that the guy was having a hard time making the smoothie. Seemed like it was getting too thick so, he kept adding more liquid over and over. When he finally finished, I noticed that he had so much leftover smoothie in the blender. I was afraid that my smoothie would be diluted since it looked so light. I had no time to stay around since I had to get back to my job. When I finally tasted it, it was pretty much diluted almond milk with water. It was almost tasteless and, just tasting almond milk and water. I am sure people make mistakes but, I feel like it needs a bit more caring and teaching.

no one cares about the customers inside, I definitely do not recommend you to go. Also, the inside was not hygienic.

This isn't far from my gym and I visit as a post workout treat once in a while. Tons of options and sizes to choose from! Pretty clean inside, usually quite quick. I'm still working my way around the huge menu! They have an app to speed up the process and earn rewards too!

This one is simple. You order a smoothie with ingredients of your choice, they make it, you pay (exorbitantly) and you go on with your life. Did the staff smile and carry on that I was there? Not that I recall. It tasted fine and I left.Can I make the same exact thing at home with a magic bullet and two dollars of ingredients. Probably... but the machine would probably need a 15 mile extension cord and my seats would be a mess. Five stars for the convenience.

My experience today, February 5, 2022 at smoothie King. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my 32 oz. vegan pineapple spinach smoothie. The young man who was preparing it, coughed over it and WITHOUT a mask on. Now normally I don’t care about people wearing mask, I don’t care what anybody wears or don’t wear except for when you cough over my smoothie and/or if you are preparing food. I do have some health and safety concerns about that. Needless to say, the smoothie went straight in the trash right in the store after I paid for it. Perhaps one of his friends, who were hanging out in the store having smoothies, can enjoy another free one on me. I don’t know if that was supposed to be the joke of the night, but it wasn’t funny.

Ordered peanut butter smoothie, they changed the peanut butter and wish they would have said it. Doesn't even taste or look like peanut butter. I will never go back and wish people that handled fresh ingredients would wear a mask!
Last week, I went to the Somerset location and ordered a 32 oz. Banana and strawberry smoothie. When the young lady made the smoothie ($9.00+) she added powders, which I did not ask for and would later learn, I did not like. I went in today and told the person what I wanted and mentioned the smoothie I requested last week was not what I wanted and made sure she made it the way I always get it. When I went to the cash register to pay, I saw the 100% satisfaction guarantee, but today's girl ignored the fact that I didn't like last weeks smoothie. When she brought me my drink, it was not full (to the top) and I said to her while pointing out the satisfaction guarantee, that she should have offered today's smoothie at no cost, but I said not only are you not doing that, you are giving me a less than full serving and this is pretty expensive at $9.37. She totally ignored my comment. I will say the smoothie today tasted great, but I'm not happy with their customer satisfaction. I tried to find an email address to contact the owner, but when I clicked on Contact Us, I got a reply that said the survey is over. So, I received the reply below. Does anyone think this idiot even read my review? I'm pretty sure I didn't leave out a single detail, other than I will never return.

This is the go to smoothie place. I drive 20 minutes here just for a well made smoothie. It's definitely confusing at first with so many options, but if you browse online or on the app you can find what you like. My favorite is the Vegan Mango Kale as it uses healthier Plant Protein instead of Dairy Whey Protein. Also substitutes are FREE, so you can replace anything you don't like. Many of their drinks are mixed with processed apple/pineapple juices. I just substitute them for healthier natural fruits or coconut water.A great improvement for smoothie king in general is to include dairy alternatives like coconut milk, almond milk, plant milk (ripple). That would definitely attract and retain a lot more lactose and vegan clients.

The smoothies are not bad and my wife and I have been customers for a few months now. Today I made up my mind never to give them my business again. The young lady taking orders and making the smoothies was so RUDE! No greeting, no listening, shook her head once we wanted to add an ingredient to the smoothie, seemed upset and irritated and when she was done she brutally left the order for us on the counter.
