Today I ordered another ice cream cake for my daughter's bday even though last year they totally screwed up her order because the person who made the cakes had COVID and they didn't tell me until too late. Well today they at least called to tell me that the person has COVID again and they need to cancel my order (which is for 4 days from now). The food is honestly ok. I'm giving a low rating for the service. No one seems happy to be there and I don't expect anyone to smile all the time. But these people just rolled their eyes at me every time I spoke. It felt like a hostile and tiring environment. Maybe they are underpaid there but it just seems gloomy in there.

I ordered an ice cream cake here and they sent me an email confirming my order and the time I had to pick it up, when I arrive to the store the guy told me that they cancel the order and that they called me when no one called me to tell me, They have very bad service, they are irresponsible, I WILL NEVER ORDER A CAKE HERE AGAIN!!!
