Place order via Door Dash. The order was not as expected, so drove to store to have order replaced. Was told that I placed the order incorrectly and that would have to pay for a new sandwich. Left sandwich there and will never return. Customer service clearly not their thing.

Classic sub shop in downtown Somerville. Subs are big, tasty, and reasonably priced. The crew is patient and will make your food to order. If you want to go where the locals go, then here you should be. Enjoy!!!

Great subs at reasonable prices! All the veggies were super fresh. The sub maker Kevin is very professional and talented.
TERRIBLE! I called in and ordered a half sub with JUST white american cheese, lettuce, and black olives. When I opened the sub it had HOT peppers instead of olives and the pepper soaked into the roll so I had to switch the rolls out for the dry ones and I only was able to eat half of a half sub.

Growing up in Hillsborough, I was spoiled by the original Just Subs. This just subs is OK.. But it doesn't compare to the original.I feel like the food doesn't taste the same. The onions aren't always fresh, the lettuce is sometimes a day old.. You never really get a sub the same as you do at the hHillsborough location.Not only that but the employees really need to keep their masks on at all times. I know wearing a mask is awful, but they have open food around. I even caught one employee making a sandwich without a mask even around his neck. That whole situation made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Usually when I walk in they at least have them on them in some way.. Being around food, however, their masks should always be on, covering their nose and mouth.
