Go to pizza place since I've discovered it. Consistent pie with a nice crispy crust and plenty of sauce and cheese...

I haven't been able to stop by this pizzeria for years since not working in the area anymore. I was driving by on 22 last week, and once I got home I thought darn I should have stopped by. So I made a point to grab a pie during my trip into Bridgewater this week. I couldn't be happier! The gentleman (maybe owner?) at the front was very pleasant. I ordered a large pie with half pepperoni to go. I should have ordered a slice to sit down while I waited, only because with my long drive home it wasn't hot once I returned. (I live almost 40 min away) However, even warm, the pie was amazing. The cheesiness was perfect and I like the mild tang of the sauce. The smaller pepperoni slices aren't quite what I'm used to, but they were absolutely delicious. The dough was flavorful, the perfect amount of salt. I feel these folks truly care about the product they're putting out. I've been following them on Facebook for the years I haven't been around and I'm sad I wasn't able to support them during covid. It's a small place, the interior is very inviting and the atmosphere reminded me of everything I love about a local pizza place. I urge any passersby to give it a try. Drunky Grandma/drunken nonna is one of my favorites from spots close to me and I can't wait to go back to mangia bella and try theirs instead. I feel their per slice was limited, but that's ok. They're not wasting product putting out 20 pizzas per day on the counter for slice sales. If you don't see something you like, order a whole pie. I promise it's worth it. Their prices are comparable to any other pizza place in the area but I felt more at home coming here.

I came back to rewrite my review in much better detail. The only reason I came to this place was out of respect to put money to them from previous engagements. The food is the lowest quality in the area. The place is extremely slow. And the pizza sits for very long periods of time. The place puts bare minimum meat and toppings on but charges high price.Yesterday I walked in and asked if they had any plain pies I could just buy. I was told no. I asked how long it would take and they told me over a half hour. So I asked nicely if I could just have the already old dried up half a plain pie. And half a pepperoni pie put together and sold to me as a pie. With no other humans in the store and my constant business weekly I figured this wouldn't a question. I was then told no I'd have to charge you separately per slice. (I do this on the regular at a pizzeria down the street ) so I said no problem I'm going to run down the street. And as I walked away. The very disrespectful staff said good. Go there then. And walked away from me.My response to that was respectful to what I shouldn't done. I'm glad I'm not welcome. Because the 20 friends I have in the area and thier families aren't either anymore. And our business will all be down the street.

Great place!! Great variety of specialty pies. Last time I did the buffalo chicken pizza and it was out of this world. just found out they’ve been in business for 20 years, . They really do a great job and hope they’re around for another 20 years. ?

I have always had a great experience at Mangia. Their pizza is the best hands down. The service is always amazing! I highly recommend them!

Have tried all the local pizza, Italian restaurants in the area & this is by far the most authentic and delicious around. Highly recommend. Had the chicken, bacon & ranch pizza last night & was one of the most delicious specialty pizza’s I’ve had in a while. Will be back soon to try other options! Support local, family-owned small businesses. This one especially, you’ll be happy you took my advice. Bon appetit! ?????

Nino and the crew at Mangia are the best, they make you feel like you have been a lifelong customer even if it’s your first visit. It helps that they have the best pizza around. Highly recommend the margarita pizza but you honestly can’t go wrong with any.

Hadn't been here in a while. Grabbed two quick slices. If I wasn't trying to watch how much I ate, I would have gone for another. It was gooood.

I was a customer for 15 plus yrs that got tired of their attitude and inconsistent food. The last meal I ordered was truly disgusting. We ordered a salad and it was wilted and brown. The pasta tasted gummy as if it was boiled over and over, and the sauce was runny and flavorless. They also raised the prices significantly and filled all the pasta meals halfway. You can’t have it both ways. I decided to call to let them know I was unhappy since this has been an ongoing issue, and the nasty young guy on the phone was rude. I think he’s the owner’s son. He truly didn’t care or offer to replace anything. I wouldn’t have taken a free item, it’s just the point. It’s interesting that a meal replacement was offered to another reviewer but not to me. I guess long time customers aren’t important to Mangia Bella. It was much better when the older guy was there. Good thing Whitehouse, Somerville & Flemington are filled with pizzerias.
