Are they open? Nobody knows! There's people there, but they make a run for it when someone walks up and stay hidden until you leave. There's no hours posted anywhere either. Never did get a pretzel.

The most pathetic workers in existence. Kid working the cash register had broccoli hair, AirPods in and a terrible attitude. It seems a lot like his father abandoned him as a child based on his attitude. Horrible place

Terrible. Ordered pretzel dog bites and couldn't even get what we wanted. The employee said "I dont know when they will be ready." I said I didnt mind waiting. He stated again "he had no idea when the pretzel dogs would be made"How on earth do you not know when your own product is going to be made. Ive went to other Auntie Anns and when there are no readily made pretzel dogs they always say it will take 10-20mins for it.

Must've been bad timing...was there around 5pm and they said nothing was available because they had to wait for the 'dough to rise'...? Don't they prepare for this ahead of time?
