We always order from Pronto their our to go pizza and it’s always consistent. Always delicious, have been ordering from them for three years since we moved here. We ordered pizza Friday and the pizza was not good. It was small the crust was hard it didn’t taste good so disappointed, I might try them again one more time but if you start changing how you make pizza, I’ll never order from you again and I’m so disappointed because I love your Pizza

I placed an order for delivery couple of peices of chicken were uncooked in the wrap I ordered. I called and spoke w/ the manager I explained the situation to him and he kept going back and forth with me I was very calm but the manager was very rude. and then told me that someone is going to get fired. still went back and forth with me, I then said just forget it too much back and forth , should have just made it right that's it, not to mention my job orders from this establishment all the time. And he wanted the food that I ate off back. terrible experience , my place of employment will not be ordering from here anymore.

My husband has Celiac's and is very picky with his pizza and can never find a pizza that actually tastes good. He loves the GF pizza from Pronto!

Came here on a whim cuz I needed a quick bite before the gym. Had a slice and stromboli. Regular cheese slice. This spot has good fucking pizza. Thin crisp crust. Great marinara . It was so good I ate the crust which I usually toss. I'm from nyc, but I will admit, jersey does great fucking pizza. This place is a testament to that statement. Stromboli was amazing. Cheese was so damn good. Staff was super friendly great guys with great humor. Saw a lot of regulars coming in and busting chops. Great place to have a bite. Very glad I stopped in.

If you enjoy floppy pizza that arrives 2 hours after you order it, then this is the place for you! I'd advise against ordering delivery from here. I'm not sure what the fresh food tastes like, but ours was definitely sitting there for too long. Wings were also soggy... very disappointing.
Update: this isnt the first time a 10 minute drive has taken 2 hours for delivery. Online said 1hr. It's been an hour 40 and the driver is supposedly 10 minutes away.Update2: food came cold(Don't get delivery)-------------------Their Buffalo Chicken pan pie is DEVINE. To the point where I have rarely ever tried their other pies/food.You NEED to try this specific pizza.
