Their food is horrible - they don’t understand simple instructions and they give out food like they own the place - all the other tacos bell in Nj give ample of food - one guy keeps cleaning the same table for about 30 min - the other person can’t differentiate the word “no or add on”

I don’t usually complain or write a review, but I just want to say my sister and I went to the drive thru to get lunch, mind you there’s not even a line. The lady taking our order was so rude and such in a hurry for no reason, it’s not like she was ordering the food. She was rushing us when there wasn’t people behind us, plus while i’m taking the order mistake i said the wrong drink and i tried to get a coke and she told me no I can’t because they made the drink already, mind you again I wasn’t even at the window to pay I was still ordering my food at the speaker. it’s so rude to tell someone no they can’t when she’s not the one paying, after we were almost done ordering she just said go to the window, like we weren’t even done ordering. 0/10 service!!

My family ate food from here before I had an 11 hour flight to Dubai followed by a 7 hour trip to KL.Bad idea.Throughout those flights I felt like Mike Tyson was punching me in my stomach. But don’t feel bad for me, feel bad for whoever was next to me during those flights. My dad also had stomach pains and we ate the same thing (Fiesta Veggie Burrito).

They forget food a lot... must've had my chips forgotten like 6-7 times in the last year... not counting the times I tell them at the window before I drive away.Also, they prepare online orders INSTANTLY. The app states they are supposed to WAIT until you give your name at the window to prevent you from getting cold/old food OR to give you an opportunity to cancel the order (can't cancel once they start preparing it). They don't do this. The manager argued with me at the window about it when my food was cold and I showed her the app says it shouldn't be prepared until I give them my name at the drive thru... she just said too bad. The one on rt 34 prepares orders after you give your name.

I drive 20+ minutes to the one in east brunswick because of how bad they are, always rude they dont train right here i asked a simple question of when kind of oil they use and the say they dont know and wont find out even just look at the box of oil to tell me cause i have people who get sick depending on the oil, i hate when my delivery order is from them i never get my drink something is always missing witch i dont know why it prints out a ticket just use a pen or highlighter and check off each item as u put it in the bag they parking lot is alway dirty they need to clean house here get employees from other taco bells to come in for a month n train a new staff here
