It was my first time ever going to a Coldstone and after the experience I had, I plan on coming back to this one again. The worker (Gabby) was so nice and helpful when it came to making sure I got exactly what I wanted! She also made it super fun to watch how my ice cream combo was made! Definitely a 10/10 recommend.

Love how the manager (Sarah, I think) went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday cake. I asked for some blue sprinkles to imitate underwater theme. But she ended up making the whole underwater theme for me after learning this fact. I added some silicone animals myself to the cake, but she did the rest!

All of their ice cream contains processed ingredients and synthetic flavoring. And tastes like it. Awful. It is like eating cold, creamy chemicals.

Cold Stone in Kendall Park is in a quiet mall and the portions were generous whenever I walked in. Very spacious inside and service was ok.One time I ordered for delivery for me and my mom. There was one order missing. I called the location to send my missing order. I didnt want a refund, I wanted the ice cream order. The guy on the phone told me to order a small (again) and he'd send over a large. So that meant that I'd still have to eat up the cost of the previous order that was not delivered. I was very disappointed but did order because it was my mom's (who had cancer) ice cream that was missing. I won't order for delivery from Cold Stone in the future.
I visited this place today and was confronted a very rude employee. He did not have the patience to answer any of our questions and was basically uninterested in serving us. what should have even a joyful experience for a 10 year old girl turned out to be disappointing and basically ruined it for her. I wish I never stepped into this place. I will never go there again and advice everyone else to also avoid this place like the plague

Whoever was answering phones this evening, 06/30/23, really needs some lessons in customer service. I was trying to get an update on an order placed online and he rudely hung up on me. I understand what it’s like to work with 3rd party apps i.e. Doordash, Grubhub, etc. so to say that you can’t do anything about an update is beyond ridiculous.

Tried for the first time here, it really tastes good and the quantity too is enough. A small one is sufficient for average two person.Also they do have lots of options to choose from, price I found it to be decent considering the price
