Went here last night after work for a Dave's double with bacon PLAIN with bacon and a quadruple Dave's hamburger also plain. Had to send my quadruple Dave's back since it had cheese AFTER I TOLD THEM IM AALLERGIC TO CHEESE. They fix it I get home eat it. Go to eat the plain double with bacon and it has AGAIN CHEESE AFTER TELLING THEM IM ALLERGIC, it also had pickles and onion. Ended up having a night in the er with my friend because they ate the burger that had cheese amd wasn't suppose to. DO NOT GO HERE APPARENTLY THEY CANT HANDLE SIMPLE DIRECTION AND WILL GET YOUR LOVED ONES PUT IN A HOSPITAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT ALLERGIES YOU HAVE HERE

Constantly when you go to the drive thru , they ask you to park while they get the food ready, but then forget that you are waiting in the parking lot.

I once visited on a weekend at noon and the doors were all locked, with no signs on the doors. The drive thru was open. You read that correctly. They didn't bother to let anyone in. Today only one of the doors was open, so I watched as dozens of confused customers had to walk around the outside of the store to make their way in.The man at the counter had great difficulty taking my order of two hamburger kids meals, (complicated, I know). I then overheard him with another customer and it was clear that he could not understand the difference between "no ketchup" and "just ketchup." Such a person should not be interacting with customers. Also, there were no napkins. What a joke.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered Wednesday at 10:30 pm. I got such severe food poisoning I was getting sick from 3 am that morning until 6 pm yesterday (Thursday). After getting sick my body was in so much pain I’ve been stuck in bed until TODAY (FRIDAY). This was the worse experience of my life, and I grew up loving Wendy’s. NEVER AGAIN

Do Not Recommend! Horrible Customer Service! Asked for some nuggets well done for our family and the employee acknowledged us, but never told the people preparing the food. I then asked another employee to make sure they were well done and they proceeded to put old nuggets from the already completed area back into the fryer. When I told the manager that I didn't ask for OLD nuggets well done, she ended up treating me horribly and rolling her eyes at me like she didn't even care.Just an overall lack of empathy. Not a positive customer service experience to say the least!
