I went to get ice cream and they closed 15 minutes before closing. They did not let me and my boyfriend in. A minute later a guy came to grab a Uber eats order and they didn’t have the order made. The guy had to wait for the order to be made at that point they could’ve made our ice cream along with the Uber eats order.

The worst branch I have ever seen is that the employees do not make the order. I waited for 40 minutes and they are all sullen, none of them smile, they are not interested in you, they literally ignore the customer.

I love cold stone but it irritates me at this particular branch that I have ordered 5 custom cakes from them a week or sometimes 3 days in advance, I go to pick it up and they can't find my information which means my cakes were not made. Of course they took the money out of my account and then I have to wait hours for it to get done smh

There's this one employee there that takes hygiene and customers service for a joke .He gets upset very easily when customers ask questions and was seen trying to make orders after washing his hands and not drying same , he had to be told by customer to first dry his hand before handing food.

Ordered online 30 minutes in advance. Waited at the store for 10 minutes as they completed orders since my then 30-minute pickup order was not ready. Half my order was sitting on the counter melting. I had to instruct them to place the items in the freezer while they finished. They ended up having an issue at the register with another customer, and instead of bagging my finally completed order so I could leave, I was instead told to "wait a second." No apology. Will drive the extra 5 minutes next time and go to another location instead of giving them my money.

The cake melted so quick the way to store to my home is 3 mins . The bday party was ruined even after tasting the cake it tasted horrible like somebody just had sweetest cream on a piece of cardboard yuck! No this is not a cake
I visited during busy hours on a weekday evening and I thought all the staff were very chic, charming, and knowledgable. I give it three stars because of the price points and lack of floorspace.

Ice cream tastes good. HOWEVER, the line in this location is frequently out the door. But, most importantly and infuriatingly, the prices are Out of Control. Two ice cream cones are nearly $30!!! We would rather go to Maplewood's Village Ice Cream Parlor. You can get equally rich and creamy ice cream for half the price or less! And, the service is better there.Also, I have to point out that Cold Stone Never cleans up outside of the store. Every day I walk by, there is litter and melted ice cream on the ground. South Orange is a cute town, and we deserve a better neighbor.
