“The food here is fresh and really really delicious. The spicy chicken shish tawook is so tender and has just enough of a kick. The platter comes with 2 sides--I got the salad and the rice--both fantastic. I'm sure the fries (the other option) would have been just as good. The garlic dipping sauce is out of this world with such great flavor. The restaurant was not crowded, so the waiter only had 2 tables, so the service was pretty good. The mint iced tea was also light and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy authentic, fresh, deliciously prepared Lebanese food. A+. Reasonably priced and really hits the spot! I'll be coming back for more!!“

My younger 16 year old son took me there ( he gets it on his way back from LA Fitness ) and I just loved the spicy hummus, pita chips, great rice pudding which the gentlemen at night recommended , and the chicken bowl with garlic sauce … what a delicious meal. “I had tried many Turkish places around the area, but Elmas was by far one of the best. The food was absolutely amazing. We really loved the taste. The staff were extremely friendly. We were there for iftar during Ramadan and they brought out our orders right on time. They also accommodated for prayer space. Overall, this is a great Turkish restaurant and we highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to try the place. This will be our goto Turkish place moving forward!“

“In the 1970s and 1980s I spent 15 summers from June to August in Greece. This is the most authentic Greek food I've had since I was there. The choices are extensive; the intimate atmosphere is exceptional and best of all the wait staff are friendly, helpful and delightful. The displays of the desserts are mouthwatering. “I am glad I saw their delivery van when I was driving by. I did a Uturn and hoped I stumbled on a yummy bakery. This place is gem. Small space for dining in so I decided to order a cappuccino and almond croissant to go and drive to a nearby park. I also got a container of their poppyseed hamantaschen cookies. Everything was top notch and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. First authentic croissant I have had in recent memory. I really appreciate that the baked goods were flavorful and not sugary. The arepas were perfect...my grandma and mom are straight from Colombia so arepas are huge...these meet the criteria, soft but cooked on the inside and grilled perfectly, moist not dry. My son's Eggs Benedict was delish and the bread wasn't the usual English muffin instead a thick slice of heavenly toast. The avocado toast was unbelievable and scrumptious. I had both Arepa dishes...both very good but the beef and cheese was exceptional :)Look forward to going back!“

“This was another first for us but after reading the reviews we decided to try it. We went around 6:00 so we were seated right away. Service was fast. My son wanted a burger my husband ordered the steak sandwich and french onion soup and I ordered the shrimp scampi. The only thing I was a little disappointed was that the shrimp scampi came with nothing you had to pay to put rice and broccoli as sides so that made it a little pricey about $40. We didn't wait long for the food and the food was delicious none of us had any complaints very tasty nice size portions. Once we received our food the restaurant became a little bit more crowded and then nobody ever came over again to ask us if we needed anything or even wanted dessert. So we just asked for the check. In total for two drinks, a Shirley Temple a soup and three entrees the check was about $100 which we thought was very reasonable. The food was delicious and again the service was good up until the end when they got a little busier but other than that I think we would definitely go back. We parked on the street. The parking lot isn't that big but I think you can find plenty of parking in the neighborhood.“

“Another wonderful and enjoyable meal at Limani. We had a late lunch on Easter and were seated right away. Our server came to our table immediately and asked what we needed while looking over both the regular and special holiday menus. Our wine was opened and poured and bread, olive oil and seasoning placed on the table. We were not rushed making our decisions even as a steady crowd filled up the restaurant. They welcome you with warmth and will work with you to do anything your heart desires, within reason. For the wintertime chills, I’d love to see some kind of half wall or barrier go up to keep it warm inside when the door is open.
