I stopped by for pizza and wings. Was surprised to see new ownership but decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE!The pizza was a disaster: the dough was tasteless, the sauce very salty. I asked for the crust to be crispy but I guess that’s not clear. Not only was not crispy, he out both slices in the same box, on top of one another !The wings were dry! Appears like they were old, fried too many times!Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this establishment.

That girl Kori is always here. She always eats the slices I have left over. I don't mind it though, great food, great service!

Pizza was average, onion rings were bad and their business practice is scammy. I ordered a half Veg/plain pizza over phone and the guy at the counter didn't care to mention about extra charges for veggie toppings and charged me 10$ extra just for toppings. While at the store, another customer in older age also mentioned she paid 22$ for her sandwich and wasn't sure why it was so expensive. There are plenty of other good pizza stores in area, this is a place to stay away from.

I’m kind of upset I took so long to try this spot. Their food is really high quality. Everything always tastes fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ve had them like 4 times now it always hits the spot. Just really good overall.

Awful. The garlic bread was disgusting and had this weird substance on it I had to spit it out. Idk what it was but it did NOT taste edible. Penne vodka was very below average. Avoid.

New owners. Prices changed. not only that, they stopped delivering on sundays, the busiest day in football season and you wont deliver. Ridiculous. Pizza kinda downgraded in taste. But i mean if theres no other pizzeria around then i guess. But if theyre not gonna deliver, then u can literally pick up a better pie literally up the street.

It’s alright, had the pepper, onions, and sausage speciality pizza. The peppers were a little thick and the sauce lacked flavor. Great crust though and sausage was great as well. Threw a little garlic and red pepper on it and it improved the sauce quality.

The other day I got New Pirates Pizza for lunch. I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak Wrap w/ Onions & Peppers; accompanied by their Cheese, Pepperoni, & Buffalo Chicken slices, with a side of Marinara Sauce (For the crust). For a little over $20 total was a steal! Their Philly Cheesesteak Wrap was absolutely phenomenal. Great flavor, great textures, and the cheese was melted perfectly. Their Pepperoni and Cheese Slices, along with their Marinara Sauce, were extremely subpar at best though. But their Buffalo Chicken slice was AMAZING. Honestly probably one of, if not the best, Buffalo Chicken slice I’ve ever had. Usually Buffalo Slices have one specific flavor that sticks out (ie Too much Buffalo sauce, or too much ranch or blue cheese), but it had a perfect blend. I thoroughly enjoyed their Buffalo Chicken Slice. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and it had an excellent balance between the spiciness of the Buffalo sauce, and coolness of the ranch. All of the slices had a mediocre crust though. Very soft and doughy. All in all, absolutely enjoyed their Philly Cheesesteak Wrap & Buffalo Chicken Slice, reason why I ranked them so highly. The other two slices were ok at best though. I would absolutely highly recommend New Pirates Pizza to anyone looking for some really good and affordable food in the South Orange area. They have other phenomenal menu options as well too (Like their Mexican Corner Menu). I just couldn’t highly recommend their pizza slices, unless they are specialty slices.
