I went into this Starbucks this morning around 6:15am and said good morning to the tall young lady behind the counter. She looked at me but decided not to answer. I wish Starbucks would give better customer service training to their employees. I have been a customer of Starbucks since they opened up. That is not the way to treat a customer. I hope this person gets better training. Thanks

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Also the staff treats black’s customers significantly differently from white customers. Which is strange because the staff is black. It took them at least ten minutes to finally stop talking amongst themselves to come over and take my order. I wasn’t greeted and the person appeared to have an attitude. I was the only one in line btw. When came to the whit man he was greeted expeditiously and approached with a happy attitude.

If the staff spent less time trying to shmooze everyone and talk to each other then it wouldn't take 20 minutes to get a pike poured into a cup with nothing else... I'm watching people walk in after me, place an order and leave with it..

this is one of the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. they are so slow. for being right next to the train station, they either need to staff it better or train the employees to be faster. multiple times i have had to leave after waiting 20+ minutes because I would miss the train otherwise. not to mention some of the employees (not all) are rude. today, i did mobile order at 6:30a, my app said it’d be ready in 3-6 minutes. i waited until 6:50 and it still wasn’t ready and I had to leave to catch the train. it wasn’t even busy, there was one other customer in the store and only two mobile orders ready. i had ordered 20 minutes ago. so disappointing. it’s a starbucks!’ right next to a busy train station! the opportunity is right there.

this is my first time at this location its fairly small yet filthy and only 3 female workers the young lady who took my order wasn’t even paying attention when I order kept turning around to talk to her coworker and the wait wasn’t long but my 2nd drink hadn’t came yet so I asked the young lady how many drinks she put in since she hadn’t gave me a receipt. she said only 1 that I hadn’t I asked for 2. I just said I did can I get it and had my card out ready to pay and get out. Her co worker came and asks what happened and they started talking about how I didn’t order what I said in front of me. The coworker did my first drink and second drink as well. When handing the second drink acted as if she didn’t want me to touch her. I hadn’t noticed until I got home that the second drink was made terrible and tasted nothing like the first and yes she made both. I wasn’t rude or got mad at the cashier when she tried to argue with me about my order I even left a tip. Probably won’t be going back it was a waist of my money and time.

She said “Patience!”…that it takes a while for a shot to pour. lol. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too! I will never go back.

The service here is extremely slow and if you are trying to order before making a train, DONT. As the line of customers and orders gets longer, the more the staff here would rather clean than fulfill orders. While I waited (and missed my train) for my order, several others left without their orders to make the same train.

Mobile order…went in to get my drink and was waiting. Finally asked someone after the barista making the mobile order drinks walked away and began to take customers at the register. The other barista asked her about my drink and with an attitude she said she threw away the sticker. Obviously that wasn’t smart, drink still has to be made. If she didn’t want to come into work, she should have stayed home.

Never seen people moving so slow...Girls are more interested about talking between each others than anything else. The only one who was actually good was the one who took my order.
