Theres nothing wrong with the food however the short girl with blue hair that works here has a nasty attitude first of all she speaks spanish and refused to speak spanish to the spanish speakers in front of me I had to translate for them. Second of all she tried to charge me for ketchup and ranch, I have never been charge for ketchup and ranch at any charleys or any other restaurant before. Charleys is this how you treat your costumers ???

Nice place, but I thought portions would be better. Had the daily special. But there was really very little meat. The teriyaki sauce went straight through the bread. That's how little of meat there was. I was not looking for anything thick. But at least I wanted to be able to notice meat in between the bread. But this could be for others

They made me wait 10 minutes for a simple order of a lemonade and then gave me a strawberry lemonade instead of a plain. They were apologetic but I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it and it made me late to class.
