the service here was absolutely terrible. I asked to wait for the chicken al pastor and the veggies and they rushed the whole process and said no. they were rude asking what i wanted and were strongly skimping on the portions here. i've never had such bad chipotle service than here and now im stuck eating a bowl i don't even want. To add onto everything they didn't have any utensils left as well and the utensil area was so dirty. They had so many workers but none of them actually working on keeping things clean and moving. Crazy service here you might as well go to any other chipotle.

Asked for a sofritas burrito, guy kept arguing we went for a bowl. Why it matters when he can just switch it out since there’s nothing added I’ll never know. They switched employees in the middle as they added sofritas, gave me like a teaspoon. Asked for the right amount, this one moron said double. Asked him double what there’s no specific price for the sofritas. Then he goes double idk, now I look at this guy no way does he mean 18 dollars for sofritas. He just repeats double three more times when i ask him for the price and then vanishes like a parrot. I say whatever and look for a place to eat, all empty tables not one of them clean.

This has to be the most ridiculous chipotle location in the world !! I’ve had so many issues with delivery and in store service. Just terrible customer service and very rude workers. The quality of the food is terrible. Fajita veggies cut so thick, guac too salty, sour cream runny, and rice is in blocks. I hate that this is the only location option for delivery in my area when you’re spending additional money plus tip for delivery. DISTURBING !
March 22, 2024I ordered a catering online to a store in South Plainfield NJ. I will say, this order is a mess, if something can go wrong it hit my order very bad.First, I ordered it originally to be picked up at 10:30pm because we needed it for a midnight party for the hospital nurses. But, the person who was supposed to pick it up, unable to do it. So I called at 11Am to let them know and ask them nicely if they can make it at around 5:30Pm. She told me she will ask the night manager about it and she'll call me back. Which she did not. So I called back around 2:30Pm to confirm if they will be able to do it. And she said it is ok.6pm I came in the store to pick up my order. Expecting it to be ready. But guess what?! No it is not ready. So I waited for my Catering order. And they handed me 2 bags of food. Which I am expecting it to be packed nicely in a catering box. They did not even Apologize to how it looked like. The bag even have a ripped on it, but she just told me to hold it supporting the bottom. I can't really complain about it that time as I am almost late to my shift.Got to work only to find out. My whole order is a mess. Burritos are not wrapped properly. Salsa and sauces just tossed and thrown in the bag. It's disgusting.THIS IS THE WORST CATERING SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Service is really bad. I was in line for steak after 10 mins in line I find out they don’t have steak. I go back again two days later stay in line find out they don’t have any steak. If they don’t have the meats then they should not open. Fill your supplies then open the restaurant stop wasting people’s time.

I'd rather go the extra mile to watchung! Placed a pick up order for 840 pm it wasn't ready until after 9:15pm. I was told all the people that make the Togo orders were on break. Someone threw up and it was there for the entire 35 minutes I was waiting. If I have any stomach issues, I'm positive it's from this filthy chipotle and not the norovirus. I will not be back. The second time I've ordered from here and it's been dirty, unorganized and a long wait.
Worst chipotle i have ever came across ofPoor in service and - they did not had fried onion and green pepper, corn, and sour cream. But still charge for the same price.I asked him if he can refill but, he said he can’t and wasn’t even responding to my questions.Came out without buying anything.Will never visit this place again & employee’s are highly rude to their customersQuality of service is “0”
