absolute worst dominos location i’ve ever experienced. they don’t answer the phone when they mess up your order— which is EVERY TIME. i’ve unfortunately ordered from here too many times because it’s one of the only late night options, and i regret it every time. they continuously screw up my food and the customer service is terrible— they don’t answer, but if they do, they’ll hang up on you. save your money, time, and stress— order from somewhere else. not worth it and you won’t even get what you ask for. they can’t even handle a basic pizza. awful awful awful would give 0 stars

Your delivery driver literally almost hit me while passing me, going straight in the turning lane of the intersection in front of the police station. Maybe find better drivers. Do better. Next time I’ll let him hit me and sue dominoes for every penny I can get.

Saw the staff de-escalate an irate customer who was causing a major scene because his pizza was undercooked. Being there at the time, it could have spun out of control very quickly. The customer’s offensive language and intimidating attitude towards the staff said more about his character than the restaurant’s, but the manager calmly gave him his money back and apologized. The customer should have been ashamed of himself but the staff was A+.

Don't order from here. I literally bought regular hand tossed plain cheese medium pie pizza. Gave me looks like the thin crust bread pie. No cheese no sauce. I legitimately ate a bread pie. Order bread stick stuff with cheese. Corners some reason was still raw dough. If we cutting corners to save cost please don't even worry about getting customer. Last thing I want to do waste time going in to complain.

Would rate this 0 stars if I could. I have had so many problems with this dominos over the last 15 years I finally am going to stop ordering from them. 2 hour deliveries 2 hour pizza making process they hang up the phone can’t get anyone on the phone for 40 minutes etc. I have had employees carry out ring me up as the wrong person twice it’s a joke and the store manager has no backbone and makes excuses and refuses any wrongdoing for his employees ever. tonight I’m finally done with dominos South Plainfield.
We are the tattoo studio in South Plainfield known as Forever Ink we just ordered two pizzas tonight cheese sticks and a soda it arrived terribly burnt. I buy my guys dinner every once in a while so I called and I was very nice to the man on the phone I said listen you sent us two pizzas that are burnt... He tells me I'm fucking crazy and hangs up on me. Well I called them back and I gave him much better language and he gave me. Never order from this place they're a bunch of drug addicts the guy delivering was stoned out of his face. Now I wonder why my pizza was burnt they're on there smoking weed the place stinks like drugs. The managers on his way to bring me my money he's lucky he don't leave here with an ass beaten. I will never order from this place ever again. I wonder if the police know how much drugs they smoke in there they probably deal drugs right out of that spot.

Had some minor bad experiences earlier, but yesterday had a terrible one and forced to put the review here. 1) Firstly the order took 2 hours from start to finish (delivery) and my house is less than 2 miles from the store. 2) The tracker on the app is totally inaccurate , every 5 mins it would extend the delivery time by 5 mins. This was at 10 pm in the night , where there is no traffic and the delivery guy exactly knows the deliveries and the route , why can’t it give a good estimate for delivery 3) Had ordered one cheese pizza and one pacific veggie , and instead of the pacific veggie they delivered pepperoni 4) We don’t eat meat so the pepperoni pizza went directly into trash. 5) cheese pizza was undercooked , extremely dry ( I had put extra cheese in my order) and not even cut properly 6) Finally the options on the app to fix the wrong delivery are fraud. It asks for reasons but just offers 20% off on next order. This means I have to spend more at the store. Just reimburse me for the wrong pizza delivered. 7) Finally never going back to this store again.

If I could leave less than 1 I would. Ordered 2 pizzas online . Both were delivered wrong. When I called restaurant, was put on hold for 15 minutes,lthen disconnected (hung up on). Called back. Was told pies were being remade and would be redelivered. 2 hours later. Nothing. Called again. On hold 20 minutes. Never picked me back up. Save yourself the aggravation. Order little Ceasers or papa john..

I warned my daughter not to get Dominos but she threw a fit and said she liked it. We get it here she took 2 bites and didn't like it! Shocker! What's worse is we ordered wings just plain how can u screw that up right? Well they were undercooked, not golden and crispy but white and gummy. So I had to recook them which is exactly what I want to do is cook when I order take out so I don't have to! Never again! Dominos shouldn't even be in this area with so many authentic pizzerias around here. Def shame on me for going against my better judgement!
