Unless you're into supermarket pastries, the Princeton area is a dessert desert, luckily, there's Haisch's bakery in South Plainfield who will never leave you hanging for fantastic French and Italian creations that will put a punctuation mark on a great meal. Cookies, Croissants, Canoli are all bespoke works of art. It's a treat everytime we receive visitors from up north with taste. A delectable five stars.
I recently visited “Haisch’s Bakery” and ordered a custom Birthday cake for Halloween. I was impressed with Michelle's exceptional customer service skills. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my order. Her knowledge of the bakery’s products and services was impressive, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. My favorite bakery! I've had cheesecakes, cookies, upside down pineapple cake, croissants, carrot cake, cream puffs and cupcakes from here.We ALWAYS order our cheesecakes from here for every occasion.Highly reccomend for your sweet tooth.
