Not the friendliest bunch besides the younger ppl that work there. I’m use to it by now and expect it when I come in. I only usually come to get the grilled bbq skewers when I’m in the area bc my daughter LOVES it.Just a suggestion maybe put name/descriptions of the dishes available so maybe other ppl who aren’t familiar with Philippine food would try.Today I thought I try the roasted crispy pork belly I think bc it looked so good but just don’t get it chopped there. The older male worker took it to the back and came back with what looked like only 1/2 of the piece that I picked then I was charged $12.62 for not even 12pieces (see attached pic)!Next time I’ll just stick to what I know ?….

Leo's used to be good before the pandemic. Food is no longer consistent after they re-opened with what seems to be new management. The lady manager(seems to be a co-owner) didnt treat another customer right today while we were in line buying food; the customer requested for 1 newly cooked bbq on a stick, and the lady manager initially refused and asked the server to use the old bbq instead of the newly cooked one. she should have given it to the customer right away instead of showing heer facial expression as if annoyed that newly cooked bbq was being requested...instead of keeping the customer's loyalty, 1 star for terrible customer service from that person and 2 lost customers. The okoy (looks like shrimp fritters) was not fully cooked in the middle. They dont give a lot of food when you order to-go. Most of the food is oily like the dinuguan. We ordered food for catering there and the lumpia (fried spring rolls) was already soggy/no longer crispy. They dont give a lot of toppings on their halo-halo for the summer. their pork bbq on the stick is tough as a rock. Their lechon kawali (deep fried pork belly) has some sort of aftertaste/smell - like the meat was not washed thoroughly or is old meat. The laing is too watery and it's not supposed to be. Their pancit wasnt as great as it used to be and is quite dry and bland now. nowadays the food at the filipino restaurants in colonia nj and oak tree rd have a much better quality and selection of food (AND better customer service). After seeing what happened today with the other customer, I'm no longer coming back to leo's. customers dont deserve to be treated that way

Great find off Stelton road! Easy to miss as it's in a small nook in the shopping plaza. The beef stew was incredible, sauce was insane. Had to find myself a roll at home to finish it all off. BBQ Pork on a stick also worth the trip alone. Teriyake chicken another winner. Worst part was I didn't bring enough home and the family finished everything off. Will be back!

Food is good lots of variety but service is not too good. Woman behind the counter very unfriendly and grouchy. Not enough space to sit and eat there. The place too tight and not enough room to sit comfortably and enjoy the

Amazing selection and very reminiscent of my days living in Manila with their setup. I took my non-Filipino friends and they loved it. Would've been nice if they have the lechon belly available or any other grilled option, but still a lot of options to choose from. The price is also reasonable. Another plus is that they sell fried chicken skin here, which is my first time seeing one in the NY/NJ area.

Great Filipino comfort food. From the menudo and incredible garlic fried rice, to the regular or ube flan, I've had nothing but hits from this place. We've had the pork BBQ skewers, lumpia and more, and would happily recommend any of them.

After I saw a tiktok where they show a great shot of the bbq I decide to visit; the food was just ok, the service was poor, the people there are kind of not courteous at all, No menu, no plates, you have to eat in a paper bag..... wast nothing to do with the video I saw......

Food was moderate. The service I was not so pleased about. We ordered and there was a slight miscommunication and the lady gave an attitude and made a slight comment under her breath which made me feel aggravated. I will not be going back to this establishment.

We bumped into this spot a couple years ago after a Target run and the food was delicious! Then, we recently catered from Leo's BBQ and the staff was very friendly and helped make it a successful event. All our guests loved the food, and we also had plenty for our families. Thank you!
