I have to say. And I don’t mean to be a pest here. I order from here almost weekly to my work. Absolutely loved this place. The past 4 times I’ve ordered, the pizza was so soggy it was barely edible. Tonight I ordered a chicken parm pie for the shop, and upon taking a bite, the cheese and all toppings fell onto the floor immediately. It’s upsetting really. Don’t know if I will order from here any further. Aside from that, the delivery drivers, and staff are very friendly.

Some time this year I was sitting down eating my pizza and long behold I turn to my right to an army of cockroaches on the wall, when you see one there is millions trust me people this place is infested! Owner is a nice guy but not very clean apparently!

On 9/28/23 a order was placed to my job the driver called 2 times for the delivery next thing you know driver is gone upon calling back and questioning about my order a rude lady picked up stating the driver will not come back and i would have to go pick up my order after me explaining to her the reason why i cant come in and that i will pay extra for delivery guy to come back the lady very loud and rude even curse on the phone !! I would never give them business and would not recommend anybody to order from this place !! You have to learned to be nice and kind to costumers.
i ordered Jalapeno pizza and they use fresh peppers. I had to post a review so that folk who enjoy spicy pepper know that they dont' use pickled peppers and only use fresh ingredients.

We have recently started ordering regularly from Luigi's for a number of reasons: we found that the cold cut and cheese ingredients on their subs are much more generous than other places; they are open on Mondays, where some are not; their prices are competitive and in some cases less than surrounding places too. Their Sicilian Pizza is delicious with a Crispy crust and good sauce. It gives us two or three meals for two people, depending on whether you are eating it for lunch or dinner, and reheats like fresh baked in the oven! We also loved their Seafood over pasta dinner and appreciated their effort to customize it also. (My husband had the red sauce as listed in the menu but I asked that mine be made with a garlic, white wine sauce.) Both were equally delicious! Highly Recommend.

I ordered 10 pies for my job party which included plates. 3 times I confirmed the delivery location prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, the driver was at the wrong delivery location. The pizza was 20 minutes late, cold and no plates. I paid full price, no apology nor a discount. Never again!!!
