There isnt much to say about the food, McDonald's food is all the same. However, orders are usually bagged wrong, something isn't working or they're out of an item. The customer service is lacking. Employees seem to not know how to handle high stress situations and give attitudes. No hello,please, or thank yous. Managers should instill better customer service skills for employees making direct contact with customers at the counter or drive thrusEdit: I will never patronize this location again. EVERY time I come, theres always a wait for food (pull up to very last window or numbered parking spot) during non busy hours. Today (4/15/24) i noticed there was a dead fruit fly at the top of my kid's lemonade. Thank goodness I caught it before she drank it. This location's cleanliness worries me.

This is usually a great place but not this time. I ordered two fish filet sandwiches. Was really looking forward to my lunch and opened up the bag. Both sandwiches were served on hard, stale rolls. I couldn’t even bite into it. I was scared to go back, thinking they would do something to my food. Please send a gift card, this was really unacceptable. I am a local hotel manager and I’m really shocked about the level of service here.

There is no regular staff at the front desk, and the attitude is very bad, as if I am serving them.
I only used the drive thru with my best friend. She goes to this location all the time. The order was correct & the fries were good.Kid-friendliness: There was an area for kids.

Its mcdonalds if you want orders screwed up, totally ignored in your order, and experience the most incompetent mcdonalds, this is the one you want to go to. I've been here 7 years and ordered at least 100 times. Guaranteed order wrong wrong. The most incompetent McDonald's on the planet and I live next door. Good thing burger King is only 3 minutes away if you want it RIGHT!

The people working there never get your order right in the drive thru, or you have to wait in a spot for someone to bring you out your
False advertising. Sign outside says any sized sized soft drink is a dollar. Of course I was charged $1.79. Manager refused to honor the advertised price. Also, a sign outside states they are open until 1am every day. Came by at 12:45 am and of course they were closed. This location refuses to update signage. I would not trust any of their listed prices, as they have dishonest business practices and don't care when you bring it to their attention.
