Ordered curbside pick up 3 times in the last month and every time I've had to go in and get my order because they never came out. Well, once they did come out but with someone else's order, said he'll be back and never came back. And once they didn't even cook my food until I came inside to pick it up. Each time I ordered online at 2 pm to be picked up at 5pm. Gave them hours to get it right and they failed each time.

The server was checking on other tables, and my husband had to flag him down for our table. Other people came in way after us and their food came out before ours. Food wasn't good the biscuits were nasty but the soda was good.

Unequaled friendliness and expressive appreciation of business - very common - is a real issue that plagues all service industries in the fulfillment of business etiquette and customer service. However, the menu meets a wide range of prices for everyone to afford something of what Red Lobster has been doing to stay competitive. That is working for your first-time visitor.I must say, though, that for any socially conscious person or any African descendant there are no efforts to make service providers aware of the need to deliver the same level of kindness, patience, and tone of speech when communicating or delivering service to people of our diaspora remains and undeveloped and disregarded reality that 99% suffer from in silence.That is the problem, for we see how differently we are served. To pretend that there isn't a need to be sure that all customers are treated with the same dignity and appreciation is not just ignorance, it is neglect. Although it may not hurt your business by over 20%, it can increase your business by 15%, not including advertisement costs, just by focusing on making people feel special just like you do with others in front of our very eyes.

My curb side pickup order was given to someone else. Manager Stephani, refused to speak to us to address the issue. She had a worker run back and forth to act as her messenger, which made the poor worker very flustered and nervous. The manager is completely unprofessional for hiding instead of helping. We’re getting a “refund” but not sure if that’s true. Im preparing to contact my bank for this scam.

So much has improved from a few years ago. Other reviews did not lie. The food, atmosphere and service were all very good.We both had the admirals feast which seemed fresh and not stale. My triple berry sangria was amazing. We will be coming back for sure.

Food is almost always good here, although it can be quite a wait to be seated sometimes. We're a regular at this particular Red Lobster because we find it to be the better of the 3 that is nearby in the region.

The food and service have improved in all aspects. My husband likes seafood, and the signature bread is good. I order my favorite seafood food, but there is only one waiter. He is not busy enough to meet the needs. It is really hard work.

Wasn't busy but sat at the table for 20 mins with no server. Food is Overpriced just looking at the menu.

I always love coming here. It's reasonably priced as far as seafood goes. My favorite is the all you can eat shrimp. Started out as a promotion now its a regular menu item.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO RED LOBSTER AND WILL BE MY LAST. I MADE RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE AND AS SOON AS I GOT THERE, WAS PLACED AT A TABLE. HOWEVER I DIDN'T LIKE WHERE I WAS SITTING AND ASKED IMMEDIATELY IF I COULD SIT ELSE WHERE AND WAS TOLD NO. MY WAITER CAME OVER 10 MINUTES LATER, PLACE MY ORDER FOR MY FOR THE LOBSTER LOVER'S DREAM AND WAITER CAME BACK 15 MINUTES LATER TO LET ME KNOW THEY DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I ORDER, SO I SHOULD GET SOMETHING ELSE, SO DISAPPOINTING. I HAD TO ASK FOR BISCUIT FOR THE TABLE AND IT TOOK FOREVER. WE WAITED 1HOUR AND 40 MINUTES FOR OUR MEAL. OVERALL SERVICE WAS JUST HORRIBLE.

I went last week with my brother, Horrible service! I waiting around 6 minutes on the front desk for the host to seat us, which wasn’t that busy. We waiting for our server to attend us and waiting for 10 minute, which then I had to literally ask for a server. After we order our drinks, appetizer and food together so we didn’t have to wait that long,It took them around 7 minute to get one cokeAnd I was still waiting for my alcohol drink, so I had to ask our server about my drink and he went to check and told me that the bartender didn’t took the order so he had to make it. Almost 50 min and I haven’t received my appetizer nor the food.GO TO ANOTHER Red Lobster!

Service has been so bad the last few times we have gone that I think we're done with it. It was a Saturday evening but it wasn't full. Took 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. She was nice enough but I just felt like we were an annoyance the whole time and she didn't come over unless we called her, which I hate doing. They were very slow with biscuits (we didn't ask for extra, just the first basket they bring) and the food took forever. Food was good but we were there for an hour and 45 minutes. Way too long.
