As a first time customer I was very disappointed with this deli and will not be returning. And the nominal number of reviews posted (#32) and reviewed over a period of several years (#5) is indicative that this is not an outstanding "European style" deli worthy of more than one star at this time. 9/16/2023

2 stars... I couldn't give more....A week ago I visited this deli because my friend raved about the great kielbasy and cold cuts they sell. Well, I went into this deli and was surprised. The refrigerators were empty, the shelves were empty with most of the products outdated and I guess I missed the fresh bread that day because they didn't have anything available. I witnessed the blonde girl with short hair who seemed like she owned the place be completely nasty to the staff and customers! Maybe if she knew how to run a legit business her attitude would change!

Came here for the first time looking for some tasty Polish food. Not impressed. Had better and fresher meats and breads. They cold cuts had a strange smell when I came came home and the bread was tough. Shame.

Went in to get some Kielbasa with my son. The young brunette with glasses gave him a lollipop. She was such a sweet girl and the kielbasa was delicious! Fresh Bread too!

Where to start....my experience from start to finish at this "bakery" was horrible. When I walked in and asked for suggestions regarding the kielbasa, the worker behind the counter (who was busy talking on the cell phone) rolled their eyes in annoyance as if I was a bother. At that point, I should have walked right out but I was having a bbq party and needed a little something for the grill. I also picked up a jar of Polish mustard and loaf of bread. The worker practically threw the change back at me. I left the musty smelling place as fast as my feet could take me. I shouldn't have been shocked that when I got home and cut into the kielbasa it smelled spoiled. So embarrassing! Also the bread was very tough and mustard expired! I was too embarrassed to serve my guests the bad food so I ordered pizza instead. Never again! Fuj!

I was in this store, really delicious fresh food. Very nice service, really clean in the store. I dont understand the following comments. Why do people keep talking about Ela? Ela does not work there for many years and has never owned this store. More than once she was not nice towards the client. Personally, I like Joanna and Eva very much. Very nice and always helpful. So the last time I stopped in this polish Deli, Ela was the Owner. I recently stopped by a day ago and there were no variety of products on the floor, the meat in the refrigerator was wrapped in plastic foil so I didn't even know what the meat looked like and the refrigerator looked empty with no variety of kielbasa at all. The bread rolls were in bags stacked up and when I said I wanted the bags with rolls they told me the bags were old rolls. If they are old why do you have them out for sale? The woman who was cashing me out was on her cell phone talking....... Can I say rude? Is that even acceptable at a job to talk on your cell phone while working? The owner needs to take control of his business and needs some direction on how to run a business. Maybe Ela the previous owner can help him out. SHE WAS THE BEST!!!
