Took our daughter to Casa Mia for her 13th birthday, first time patrons. Growing up in an authentic Italian family it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to Italian food. Casa Mia impressed me. All the food was delicious! Fried calamari was cooked to perfection, the Mediterranean seafood combo fra diavolo was one of the best I have ever had, all the seafood was very fresh and again cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and the setvers very personable, attentive, and pleasant. The atmosphere was very cozy and traditional, felt like I was back sitting at my grandparents kitchen table. We definitely will be returning to try other dishes. I highly recommend Casa Mia.

They told us 20 minutes on delivery, came 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Pizza cold, salad hot. Asked them to have him call when here. Didn’t call, came to the wrong door and didn’t understand any English so I was unable to communicate with him. Never ordering here again.

My family and I eat at Casa Mia often. By far the best Italian food in the area. Some of our favorites are the calamari, eggplant, low carb, pizza, penne ala vodka and mussels marinara. Excellent service! Great prices and consistently great food. The owner Mike is a great guy. He consistently donates to local charities and supports local fundraises. I highly suggest trying out casa Mia if you haven't already

We dined al fresco at Casa Mia last night and had the best time ! We had a ring side seat watching the crowd of summer time visitors to beautiful Lake Mohawk. Our pizza was perfect ! The service was friendly and prompt and the best part was meeting Mike the owner who personally came outside to ask if our pizza was good ! WHO does this anymore? More proprietors SHOULD ….. but don’t.Mike was delightful. We spoke Italian and learned all about his wonderful pizzeria restaurant at the corner of the main square in Lake Mohawk he’s owned for 30 years !!!!We’ll see you soon Mike !!!! Ciao

First time here and will not be my last! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! I have the eggplant casa Mia - my goodness! The calamari a Casa Mia is superb! Prices are GREAT! The service is outstanding!!! I came alone but bringing my family back next week!
Casa Mia provided catering for a family celebration at my home this past Friday night in June for 20 people. The the trays of chicken cacciatore and eggplant rollatini were more than enough for my hungry bunch. It was delivered on time and was piping hot ready to serve. The tray of dessert cookies and pastry were magnificent, along with loaves of their delicious bread. My family loved every bite! Thank you to the wonderful folks at Casa Mia the party was a great success.

Came here for a slice of pizza. They have really thin slices which my husband loves. I got a ziti slice. Great flavor, mild not too strong in cheese flavor or tomato, everything balanced and good. Only thing was slices could have been warmed up more. There are a couple of tables if you get slices that you can eat at adjacent to the restaraunt seating. Staff were very friendly and nice. Though very limited public parking around.

What a terrific eatery! Family run and authentic dishes. Everything was wonderful including service, food, and pricing. This really was an old time Italian restaurant and pizza shop, looks just as great for take out as eat in. And in this nicer weather, there's even a few tables outside. Just wish they were closer to our home, lol.

Server was very nice, but I disliked the food. I ordered a personal pizza, but got a small lunchable looking pizza on a paper plate cut into 4 slices. It was soggy and the sauce and cheese was just slapped on there. I couldn’t even eat it, as I instantly gagged the second I took a bite of the pizza. The fries were also soggy, and they had no salt on them. Lots of cob webs, dust, and bugs around the restaurant, especially by the bathroom. The location, however, is very good, as it’s by the lake, boardwalk, and in downtown Sparta. The overall atmosphere and servers are great, but the food needs improvement.
