I highly recommend coming into Villa Capri if you have any availability. Prices are amazing, food is always fresh and hot when served no matter if it’s pickup carry out or delivery. They always make sure you are left satisfied, and never unhappy with your order. It’s something you won’t regret.Parking: Multiple spots available, very big parking lot and never have to struggle finding a spot or walking far.Wheelchair accessibility: Much room in the dining room and near counter for there to be no problem with anyone in a wheelchair.
Wait staff is pleasant. How ever current owner and manager leaves alot to be desired. Messes up orders and then out right blames the customer even when faced with proof he messed up. Not a good business practice
Villa Capri is our go to pizza restaurant. Great food, service and the delivery drivers are always polite and on time! Highly recommend!

I've never had such a terrible experience in my life. Not only was the food undercooked, the employee who goes by the name "John" I believe was incredibly disrespectful. I ordered food, being a heavier set woman, and he proceeded to look me up and down and laugh. He then proceeded to whisper "fucking fatass" to his coworkers thinking I couldn't hear him, but I certainly did. He handed me my food and I honestly think he spit in it and was very close to calling the police. It tasted terribly, Never coming back and would not recommend.

Horrible service and food quality over the last my month. The final straw? See the pictures where they stomped on the food and left it out in the rain. "Rang the bell" once, no call, no knock, manager didn't even get on the phone to apologize. We were not only frequent customers, but also hefty tippers. I shouldnt have to ask for a refund. I shouldnt have to ask for you to remake the order. I shouldnt have to demand you pick up the garbage you dropped on my front steps. I should be able to feed my kids and be treated like the valued customers we were. DONE!

Good pizza! As a native NY’r I take my pizza seriously. Was near here because of an open house and looking for a dog leash to the store next to here , that was unfortunately closed. The kind young man at the counter suggested another place nearby. I apologize for forgetting his name. Buffalo chicken was very good!
