I was in the mood for corned beef on rye and decided to give Alen's a chance. The last time I had this craving I went to Deli King in Clark and paid $20 for a good but skimpy sandwich. Alen's sandwich was probably about the same size as the "large" Deli King sandwich. Here though it was $13 which was a great value. The corned beef was excellent and the rye was fresh. When I get this craving I won't hesitate to take a ride to Alen's.
My friend and I stopped in, we aren’t from the area. Friendly staff, the gentleman who takes the orders was so nice. I HAD THE BEST TAYLOR HAM AND CHEESE OF MY LIFE HERE. Fresh roll, Perfectly crispy but soft, meat cooked perfectly! I’ll be stopping in anytime I’m in the area!

Lovely family run Deli with a commitment to high quality food the liver pate aka salad is to die for. The sandwiches are lean cut delicious, they have make your own salad and the portions are large. There are a thousand things I want to try on their menu will be a regular customer for sure. I had the white Russian with the 3 salads yesterday and the wrecker a few weeks ago.
