While the food and front staff were good, I am extremely upset with the way I was treated by the manager of this Chipotle last night. Although I got there at 8:00 PM and they have an advertised closing time of 10:00 PM for this location, the store began its closing process (shades down, most of the chairs up). When I went to take a chair down to sit at a table, the manager came up to me and rudely said "Excuse me, why are you touching my chairs?" When I explained I wanted to sit here to eat (given it's two hours until closing), she directed me to sit at another, dirty table as they "have already cleaned this table and are closing". EXTREMELY condescending tone.While I did oblige, I overheard another customer asking about the chairs (as the 6 little tables they had available were now taken) and she directed the customer to go to another Chipotle as they were closing. It was only 8:45 PM at this time. She was noticeably rude to her employees, especially one who recently started.She should NOT be in a position of power over employees, let alone rude to the customers wanting to enjoy a quick bite. Very poor experience.

this place has gone down the drain. place is filthy, floor is dirty and smells like old carpet inside. workers are slow, lazy, and have a BAD ATTITUDE. they are unfriendly and unhelpful. not to mention they never have napkins, soda machine is broken, always out of veggies, and order never ready to pick up. shut this place down

truly one of if not the WORST chipotles ive been to. the workers are non verbal and not helpful at all. soda area is dirty. never any ice as well. not to mention running out of the two things that everyone gets in there bowl 4 HOURS before close. the lines are always ridiculous and not the type of lines that go pretty fast almost a 20 minute wait in the same spot. not returning. gave this location way too many tries.

Restaurant is dirty , garbage all over floors… I asked to add chips and a drink to my order and they said they were out of chips and after I paid for my drink I noticed they were all out of the teas and only had fountain sodas… also no napkins available and no iced teas. Shame on management !!

This location deserves 0 stars. Not only are they out of literally everything at 430-5 on a Friday….but The manager is also a stuck up jerk who I witnessed yell at an old man for telling him everything was out (you manage a Chipotle, get over yourself). Man chipotle has gone downhill. I walked out of this terribly managed place, won’t get a dime from me ever again.

I ordered a steak bowl through DoorDash and there was not even one piece of steak. I have ordered here many, many times and they ALWAYS forget the meat or they put 3 or 4 pieces in my meal. I suggest to never order online. Always order in person to make sure they put meat in your order.

This place has fallen off since it's inception. Used to be lines out the door. Now empty during prime time hours and food is just blah. Forget about delivery via door dash or Uber eats. They will most definitely get the order wrong or have something missing. One dish that used to be great was their burritos. Huge almost football sized and now not bigger than a golf ball. Quesadilla used to be meaty, juicy and flavorful. Now dry, without season and not even toasted. Chipotle as a whole is on its way out and sad they succumbed to greed and cutting corners. Oh well. On to the next!
