You can never go wrong with OG, but lately my meals have been mediocre. I love the chicken & gnocchi soup from them, but the last couple of times it has been very watery and with 1 or 2 gnocchi and scraps of chicken. Their marinara has also been very garlicky... Other than that, the servers are great and the place is your typical OG.

Portions have gotten alot smaller. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a bit more pasta. And my daughter's pizza was burnt. She tried to bite into and couldn't. Fortunately I wasn't charged for the pizza. I remember a year ago the plates were overflowing with pasta had no choice but to get it go. I would say the portions are a third of what they used to be.

I’m only writing this review based on the excellent service I received at the bar during lunch hours from the best server there Mark. Mark took care of me from the moment I sat down at the bar and made sure everything was to perfection. Mark is an absolute asset to the Springfield location. The food was okay but the service is really what makes people come back. I rate his service a 10/10 because he really cares about the people having an excellent dine in experience. I would also like to mention the manager who worked alongside Mark was impeccable as well. The two of them is what made my experience very pleasant and I will come back again due to their service. Anytime you’re at the Springfield location, ask for Mark and you won’t be disappointed!

I was disappointed that the online ordering system was so backed up that my order wasn't ready when promised. I had to call the restaurant despite checking in through the app. The food was not as tasty as it was previously. When dining in, I had a better experience and the management was attentive.

This is a fantastic place to go, particularly when they have their specials where you can get either an endless supply of that pasta that you ordered. Or you can take one home for like $6Really like the staff here. They're really super friendly and very kind

I liked the fact that there was no waiting so got a table right away. The server went above and beyond with our ordering. The food was great and everyone was happy.
Nice young lady to greet you in the front blonde hair and glasses,03//13/24. I was also greeted by a lovely black girl with braids that gave me chocolates. She was taking care of the “To-go section” . I love their food and service. Never had an issue with them.
Love this Olive Garden right here...great prices, great service and the atmosphere is always great because it stays packed at this Olive Garden..this one just alil bit better than Secaucus N.J..my opinion ?
I ordered take out the woman with the blonde braids pinned up was excellent need more like her a star by herself . I gave two stars because the kitchen sent out burnt food . I opened my food and the chicken was over cooked actually it was burnt on one side of all my chicken . Didn’t call back what’s the point and didn’t return it I live to far . Always busy but pay attention to what you send out to sell inedible food is wrong .
