Carla always has a warm greeting and a smile on her face. The ladies that work here are very quick and efficient with their service. Good bagels, good blts, good taylor ham sandwiches. Quick stop for a quick bite. Coffee is always fresh! Thank you ladies!

Way over priced for breakfast sandwiches.. had I known ahead of time, I'd not have ordered. Feels like I've been robbed.. not going back.

I ask them ahead of order if they accept applepay and they say yes, wait for my order to get ready, and terminal not working. Bad service, very bad.

This place is great! The staff was friendly and offered alternative options when my first choice wasn't available. They were prompt, attentive and friendly. The place is clean and my order was made hot and fresh. I will definitely return again.PS: They have good coffee too.

Really want to like this establishment due to its location. Went several times recently. Most recent was early Sat morning of 1/21/23. Taller, older gentlemen who works there was tasked with making a wheat sesame seed bagel breakfast sandwich, by the gentle lady working the cash register. The this gentlman didn't appear to be excited to work that morning. Sandwich was 2eggs, turkey sausage, and cheese, on the wheat sesame seed bagel. Was finished in good time. However, I noticed a funny scent coming from a piece of the cheese therefore the sandwich overall. I sniff tested another side of it. Being that I was extra hungry at the time. I did these sniff tests "after" biting into the sandwich, because I go here from time to time and the people are pleasant. Seemingly trustworthy. This time was different. Something wasn't consistent about their product/service. I regret this visit as that scent was probably of an unhealthy cheese and/or turkey sausage. Reading the reviews here it seems that's not the first time they appear to have used old or molded food. Has been served from this establishment. That is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Quality control has to be a part of the equation CONSISTENTLY. Your competition is everyone. Everyone is your competition.

I’ve had every bagel in Springfield, the surrounding towns, and I work in NYC and I’ve had those too. These are the best bagels I’ve ever had. I go every week. Much better than the place down the street on Mountain.

I get places get busy but over an hour wait to pickup 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and some other small things is insane. They didn't even wrap the sandwiches in foil, just threw them in the bag with the wax paper until we said something Order was all wrong to boot and aside from 1 woman at the counter trying to salvage this dumpster fire, zero acknowledgement or apologies from anyone on the staff. Not a good experience at all.
