LOL...YOU look up,a good place,to order from, not thinking,that there's an excellent place, in your naboborhood !, An it's "Sal"s Pizzeria" in stanhope.I tried all the others, and Sals, is the one that stands out,above the others, The pizza has the,Great taste,of fresh ingredients.on it, and the home made tomato sauce.that also make it so great.That the others are missing.That makes Sal"s stand out. Being italian, I look for that.All his dinners are great also.I tryed them all. Each dinner he has on his menu, ther all great and, come,with a fresh salad, great warm fresh italian bread.also.I get it delivered to my house,It is still hot! Not warm or cold, like outhers. I recommend "Sal"Pizzeria. It's great, and it right in my naboborhood. Ps. When you call to order and deliver food,there is no rush on the phone. And when your food arrives, there never been, you never,got the right food or not,I have never got a wrong order. “I ordered the Grandma pizza. I am definitely a picky pizza eater! This was a FANTASTIC Pie. Crunchy and perfect crust, tangy plum tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, & fresh basil with just the right amount of everything! The guys from the check out to the guy making this delightful pie were great. Just do it. Order it. Try it. you wont regret it. Yummy.“

“Bel-las was my go-to for Italian food delivery in my area. They haven't been open for a while. I look forward to their opening again. The food is good, prices are reasonable, and staff is always helpful. On one occasion, however, I ordered gnocchi and it was swimming in so much marina that it got mushy. I don't think that chef is still with them. I do however recommend the chicken franchese and their daily half tray specials.“

“This is one of our favorite go to places. The staff is always friendly and attentive. There is usually no wait to be seated. We have many favorites but the pizza is at the top of our list. The crust is soft and there is plenty of cheese. We love the fresh bread and oil to dip it in that they bring when you first sit down. The bolognese sauce is some of the best that we have ever had. Pasta is always cooked perfectly. Some of the best wings as well. Crispy and flavorful. There are always specials on the weekends and they have a large selection of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. The cannoli are great and the mocha cappuccino is a must. We do wish they would bring back their bruschetta. It was delicious!“

“Stopped in based on reviews. We are not local, but needed a place to eat after visiting Grandma at a nearby physical rehab facility. We had a 3 hour drive home so we wanted to grab something before heading home. Gotta say, they reviews were right! The food was delicious. My son, who is autistic and therefore a picky eater, would not stop raving about this burger for three days. He said if was the best burger he ever had (not that he is a connoisseur, but still, he is 18 and has eaten lots of burgers). He says he wished that Vinny and Sons would open a location in Delaware. ?It isn't the typical sit down restaurant that I thought if would be, but I didnt really read the info at length before stopping in. I just saw the great food reviews and stopped in. There are 3 tables, so it's obviously more of a take out kind of place, but it was very nice that they had provided a few for anyone who wanted to sit and eat (we preferred to eat at a table than in our car). The service was wonderful and then place was very clean. Lots of variety with the menu choices and a nice selection of grab and go drinks from the refrigerator case (plus fountain soda). Sussex county is lucky to have such a nice family-owned business!“

“Do you like authentic thin crust Italian pie? I do! This is why I love their pizza. I love the bubble in the crust with just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. I always ask for very little cheese on my Margherita pizza and more sauce. They get it perfect every time. I liked it better than the pie I had in Naples.“

“Heading to Hopatcong State Park and my husband remembered this little pizza place made excellent pizza. He brought out 3 slices. I'm from NY, my mom is from Brooklyn, we know pizza. I selected a white cake with the raspberry mousse filling, which was delicious. Not only was the fresh cake delicious, the decorating was superior and beautiful; while captured everything I wanted; we had them add a pair of fondant pink shoes (I provided via etsy) for the final touch! “Came here 2 years ago 10 minutes before closing and made an offer on pizza they most likely planned to throw out. I paid 20 bucks for 5 boxes of miscellaneous high end pizza slices they were going to get rid of anyways and went home a happy man, me and my buddies smacked on decedent, delicious, classic Italian pizza for 3 hours straight and it was the highlight of our trip to NYC (we got pizza on the way back) One of the workers there watched Dragonball Z and we complimented one of the drawings he had drew on the wall of a character from the show. We came because the spot was recommended for their tap list, and boy, did they not disappoint. Spectacular selection of premium beers and a great variety too; not just the usual whale NEIPAs. My only complaint is that this spot is too far away from me to be a regular haunt. If you're around the area, definitely give Taphouse 15 a try.Parking: Lot is a bit tight, and the restaurant is situated in the middle of a divided highway, so it felt a bit strange when we pulled in from the left.“

“This little hidden gem was discovered by my FIL while working in the area. We all dined in last night for the first time. Our waitress was full of smiles, attentive and hustling between tables and phone duties. We had 3 of the crab meat stuffed fish filet special which was delicious and came with large sides. We did Buffalo cauliflower bites, calamari, and mussels appetizers which were all great. I had a California cheese steak and cheese fries and was delighted to see multiple layers of cheese and not just across the top. Amongst several other dishes we were all happy and the cannoli ice cream is worth a trip back alone. If you are in the area I'd recommend giving them a shot!!!“

“This local tavern seems to have transformed itself during the pandemic! The food is amazing! I was surprised at the prices however. We intended to stop in for a few beers and burgers, it was not a special night out but it wound up costing as much as if it were. The noise levels tend to get pretty high in the bar, so you may prefer to sit in the back dining area. Go and support locally owned establishments!“

Marianna was a sweetheart, and she attended to our needs very nicely.We had Muscles and two different pastas, and they were all out of this world! I always order it in advance and then walk to pick it up and the guys in there are always super friendly. “Causal pizza restaurant but not like your typical pizzeria. It's located in an old house. Friendly staff. Pizza is some of the best in the area! The fettuccine carbonara is also one of their best pasta dishes! Also able to get packaged goods to go. Full bar as well.“
