Yo, is this one of the Burger King locations that will be closing? Because, if so, it would seem to be justifiable given the service I have received the past few trips through the drive-thru. Why are people allowed to fiddle fart around on their cell phones instead of paying attention to orders? Just because you close the drive-thru window doesn’t mean I can’t see you guys NOT doing your jobs. I was the first and only car in the lane with a simple order. When I finally got my food, there were 4-5 cars waiting behind me because of the poor service. On the positive side, food is generally consistent. Order taking and service / promptness is hit or miss and definitely lacking as of late.

Why its definitely my fault for ordering at the wrong restaurant, I tried to change the location through the app. That did not work even though it gave me a confirmation. I attempted to ask the manager about this issue, and he told me I had to do it through the app, blew me off and walked into his office. Sure it's only $5 but that's not the point. I'm hungry and who you have running that show right now is not a king, he's definitely a queen. Guess I'll walk over to Tim Hortons

just in the short period I worked here I knew it wasn't a good fit for me. firstly, the sanitation is terrible one of the managers gave me an order to wipe down the milkshake blender with the rag after I wiped the floor, I said that was nasty, but she told me it was okay. I hope no one buys a milkshake again. also, they claimed to be over hours but they are just extremely greedy. how are hours going over but hiring more people? they do not allow some people including me to work their full shift, send you home early, and cut your hours by giving unnecessary break times even if you are working under 7 hours. they adjusted my 7 hr shifts and switched the times, so I did not receive my full pay, staff definitely plays favorites. so greedy that you can't even grab your stuff before you clock out like any other job lol. also, they expect you to respect "managers" who do not give it back

Burger was hot but the Onion rings was lukewarm. My Granddaughter Unique food was all hot French fries and chicken fries.

Honestly it’s a hit or miss, but today was ridiculous. I ordered ahead of time and I still waited another 5 minutes which is fine but I get home to see they messed up my order. To top it all off they were rude af. If I could give zero I would. I paid extra for a lot of add ons and got none of it. When the lady I usually see is working it’s fine, but not everyone else especially the guy who handed out my order.
Generally this is a decent Burger King but evidently when they're transitioning from breakfast to lunch, things must be a bit chaotic or either they're unhappy during the transition because we were the first ones in line for lunch today and we had to wait a few minutes for our fries to cook and they came out overcooked and heavily over over salted. It didn't make sense for us to wait for fries just for them to come out over cooked on top of being over salted.
