Although the food was delicious.. becareful if you do a pick up and pay with a card. I was charged for my food and they took it upon themselves to leave themselves a $3.10 cent tip. The whole point of me picking up is to not have to tip a driver. May not seem like a big deal to some because whats 3 dollars but personally I don't agree with people touching my money. The principle. That's not what I agreed to pay. Like a I said, good food but watch your receipts people.

My new fav Japanese restaurant. We tried delivery and it was delicious. I am a plain Jane but the California rolls were so good and the shrimp fried rice was tasty. Overall a must try.

I wish I could give a half star rating. I might give them 1.5. the sushi was ok. The crunchy roll was not crunchy, the rolls were falling apart. The coconut soup may have had 5 drops of coconut milk in it. Otherwise it was a sad gray color. I will say the chicken in the soup was kind of incredible. Really baffling. The basil noodle was disappointing and looked like an unflavored noodle with a spot of sauce. Like sauce was an after thought and they splashed it on at the end. The egg roll was generic and fine. The general tsos was very disappointing. I know delivery can't always let the chicken be crunchy but this was squishy and bland. Not in a safe kinda "we didn't want to insult anybody" bland but full bland. I don't really wanna order from this place again. Save yourself the time and money.

The Hunan chicken is the best around. I get it extra sauce, extra spicy with plain lomein instead of rice. They are the only place that actually makes it spicy enough, so flavorful. Highly recommend ?

I have been a fan of Hewa for around a year now. Today changed my mindset. I was having a girls day with some of my friends, and we decided to order some food. My go to was Hewa. The service was very good. The food arrived within minutes of ordering. I was so exited to munch on my favorite food of my favorite place. As soon as we opened up the fried rice, we knew something was up. The rice looked yellow, like Hispanic rice. The chicken inside the fried rice tasted like rubber, and looked like egg whites. I was very concerned. Although the white rice was good, as well as the chicken and broccoli the fried rice was just gross. The sushi was amazing!
Always a staple. $$ hike on sushi is too much when competition is so close.

It's respectable Chinese food. I haven't tried the Japanese food. The house special lo me in was a little lighter on meats than where I usually go but was good. Not my favorite place, but definitely good.

Hewa is the restaurant where my love for sushi started. It is a great value with a wide variety and is a staple dinner option at my house. However after eating sushi from several other restaurants I have to unfortunately say, it is not the best. Don't get me wrong it's still really good and sometimes I just need a good heeling of Hewa, but it's the variety that allows Hewav to excel not necessarily the quality. That being said they are the best of the middle, only being beat by higher end swanky sushi places. Everyone should go here for the every day sushi or Chinese, it is just a solid meal everytime.

Food is very consistent, you'll always get the same every time (I tend to stick to my favorites). I live nearby, and one time I got hollered at by the delivery person, lol! The spicy tuna appetizer is really good!
