“This was our second visit to Deauville Inn, and both times, the food was great and the setting is beautiful. We sat outside right on the water with a lovely view. We had corn ribs, oysters, chicken wings and salad with a couple of specialty cocktails. Everything was delicious-- a nice dining experience.“

“Meet up with some friends while we were in town. Absolutely fantastic food. Service was excellent. The atmosphere is very cozy yet eloquent. Highly recommend. We had the grilled lamb lolichops and Brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Phenomenal. First time I've had Brussel sprouts and actually enjoyed them. I had the veal milanese. Which was also delicious. My wife had Warner's bouillabaisse which was loaded with shrimp, scallops, fish, and clams. Absolutely fantastic. We are very likely to return the next time we are in town.“

“Stopped by Smitty's Clambar, a spot that's been on my radar given my globe-trotting palate. Ordered the fried clams, hoping for a standout experience. They were good, fresh with a non-greasy batter – exactly what you'd expect from a place known for seafood. However, considering the other local joints I've tried, Smitty's clams didn't necessarily stand head and shoulders above. Given the reputation of the place, I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor. The ambiance is nostalgic, and there's a lively buzz that speaks of its popularity. But be prepared: the wait was longer than I'd have liked. If I had to rate my experience, I'd hover around a 3.5 to 4. Not mind-blowing, but certainly not bad. I appreciate the quality, but for a place with Smitty's renown, I was hoping for that extra punch. Still, worth a visit if you're in the area, but manage your expectations. All said and done, every place has its charm, and my journey's far from over. Hey, if you've got that wanderlust itch like me, follow my trail on Google! “Food was PHENOMENAL. Blackened Tuna appetizer was incredible. Jersey Crab Cake entree was great, and so was the crab cake sandwich. Outdoor seating was nice. Service was great, although we were served a coleslaw we didn't order and thought it was a part of the dinner (which was added to the bill). The server seemed a little bit overwhelmed (to no fault of hers) and was still fantastic. Would absolutely return.“

“Great spot to grab some food and drinks! We were visiting family who live in the area and we stopped in for dinner and drinks. We got lucky and were seated right away near the second bar in the back. Our server was very friendly and attentive. They had a good selection of beers, I had a Mango Cart. They also had some fun mixed drinks on the menu that I hope to try next time. My Buffalo chicken wrap was yummy! It came with a bag of chips but you can upgrade to fries. They had a kids menu, which was appreciated since my son was with us. I know it says it everywhere but just another reminder, it's CASH ONLY. They do have an ATM machine inside.“

“Checked out Sunrise after work and had a fantastic experience. They had a wide range of flavors on their drink menu. The manager, Jasmine, helped guide us through some specialty drinks. The bartender did a great job balancing the drink. While there I learned they host special events like a sushi night and live music. Will definitely be coming back.“

“Have always enjoyed the food and service at the pub. Would like to see a change in menu though to bring more variety and lighter fare. More than a single soup would be great, more salad variety and lighter handhelds - grilled chicken, vegetable and shrimp salad for example. Always enjoyed their NE Clam Chowder and beer cheese soup over the years and adding summer soups would be enjoyable.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free options“

“Food was amazing as always! Always a great time seeing friends and saying Hi to the chefs. We had a reservation for 2 but saw friends at the bar and wanted to have dinner with them. We were switched to a larger table with no problem. Service is always top-notch!“

“Went at lunch time. Definitely a local dive bar. Food prices were pretty reasonable for a shore town bar. Beer selection was pretty good with 15 beers on tap. Parking looks like it could be an issue later at night. Has pool tables and a number of tV’s. Food is basic bar food. Bartender was courteous and efficient.“

“Amazing place to dine in. Arrived with a party of 4 and was seated with very little wait time despite being peak dinner hours on a Friday. We ordered some drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Everything came out pretty fast! The appetizers are big enough for the entire table to share. We really loved the street corn dip, very different dish we haven't seen elsewhere. The tacos were cooked perfectly and were huge. The Cuban wasn't completely authentic but still very delicious. Overall, a very good place to grab dinner and a drink. We didn't partake but they apparently run specials on everyday except Fridays. So a good spot to be a regular at.“

“Enjoyed some apps last night while meeting with a collegue. The salads are very generous and all the ingrediants were fresh. I think the onion rings might be homemade....I've had them a few times over the years and they never disappoint.“

“Traveled to the area for a special event & the night before I found this gem. Their wings are their specialty & I tried their Mild/BBQ sauce, which was amazing!!! Since they're right near the water I then tried the Broiled Flounder, which was wonderful! I even dipped my fries in the extra wing sauce and just wow!! I also enjoyed talking with the Philly Sports fans, they were knowledgeable and very welcoming to this Boston guy. I would absolutely go back next time I'm here!!“

“It was a little loud to a Phillies game at the bar. Our server went above and beyond . I don't usually get gravy, but asked for it on the side. It came in a dish and I was able to bounce utensils on it. The consistency was a thick jello.Kid-friendliness: From the hostess to the server excellent“

“Great place for a casual dinner with friends and family. Lots of tvs around and food is bar beach food. They don't take reservations so in the height of the summer, you may have to wait but grab a drink at the bar or shop downstairs and it's worth it!“

“During our brief visit to Stone Harbor just after Labor Day, we ate here once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was great, drinks were yummy, atmosphere enjoyable, and the service was just fine. Conveniently located in a mall-type area on Stone Harbor's main drag of 96th Street. We will definitely return.“

“Great food, wonderful atmosphere. The scallops were wonderful! We had a really sweet waitress who was very helpful with recommendations. My only comment is that there was only one vegetarian option on the menu.Vegetarian options: There was a Caesar salad (with anchovies) on the menu. Other than that everything was meat or seafood based.“
