I was hesitant to go here due to the mixed nature of the reviews.Well it turned out to be good. I went for a weekday lunch. I had the carnitas tacos.They were very good and had a definite bbq flavor to them. I also had two margaritas which were good and not that strong ( which was for the best). Followed up with churros which I enjoyed.Service was quick. Two criticisms: the chairs are uncomfortable and seem like pool chairs. An upgrade is called for. Good Mexican food, small dining area, full bar (?) on a side street in Summit. Family went here expecting a tacoria style spot but it's a sit down, full serve and full bar. Did I mention they have a bar which in Summit is a premium. Place is small but it makes it fun. During the warmer months they open up their garage style windows/wall which I am sure adds to the charm. Oh and the food is good. The food isn't bad but it's underwhelming, definitely did not like it enough to return. We started with the guac and salsa, both were fresh but very bland. Asked for "hot" salsa and it was also bland, no spice whatsoever. We had the carnitas tacos and a bowl both were just okay, again not much flavor. Service was good. Decor and ambiance is cute and inviting.
