this is the one place you need to come if you live in the tri state area no joke and not only try every single item for yourself but for me i had to move to california (killed me) to only be lucky enough to be relocated again to houston texas! noone nowhere will make you a sandwhich like this place! it's been 6 years since i've had the pleasure of devouring amanda's dream with avocado and in 6 years no sandwich has been as delicious or has been close to satisfying my fix for a sandwhich.

Used to love this place before the ownership/management changed hands. Every once in a while I'll revisit hoping that they turned it around but the sandwiches just are the same anymore. Under the old management, I would request some au jus on the side and get a soup cup of it, today they gave me a few drops and the au jus had a vinegar taste to it. Too bad, I guess I'll have to trek over to Hoboken for the real fiore special

This order took a little time after placing it online, but not a big deal. They have a number of hot and cold sandwich along with a few salads. I opted for the Maximum RB (10'' $10.82) and the Big Hug (10'' $10.86). The Maximum RB consisted of roast beef in au jus, caramelized onions, and provolone with a horseradish aioli. The bread was the key here. It brought all the flavors together. I would have preferred more horseradish aioli present because of how tasty it was. The roast beef was tender and the juices really soaked up the bread to make it that much more appetizing. The Big Hug consisted of roasted turkey, smoked mutz, avocado, romaine lettuce, and honey mustard. Again, the key was the bread. I was interested in seeing the combination of the avocado and honey mustard, not bad at all. The smoked mutz was creamy and delicious. I would have liked shredded lettuce or none at all. I did not feel like the romaine went well with the other components of the sandwich. Will I go back? Definitely.

Really wanted to like this place. We had a maxwell, Fiore and a cold roast beef. The chicken on the maxwell was too thin and dry. The roast beef seemed processed. The picture shows nice rare roast beef. I get the hot sandwich would not be like that, but the cold one was the same.

I had my three babies in Summit and I did the whole "no lunch meat" during pregnancy. My only request for my first meal postpartum was Hoboken Farms. This place is amazing. It's my favorite around!!!

I enjoyed an exceptional Gluten Free sandwich with the tastiest GF roll I've had. Most items on the menu can be made on a GF roll if you check the ingredients. Service comes with a smile. Highly recommend. I will return next time visiting Summit/New Providence.

They NEVER follow delivery notes. They charge $14 for a "6 inch sandwich" thats smaller than my palm. Writing this place off and recommend Jersey Mikes.

Lovely lunch today. Ordered the crab cake sandwich and was pleased by the quality of the crab cake, as well as the nicely toasted roll, thick slices of ripe avocado, and crisp hot bacon which accompanied it. The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe. A very good experience!
