Best salads! Great lunch spot, but better for take-away than dining in (not a lot of space, and very loud). The town has some nice outdoor seating just outside the restaurant in warmer weather.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches - I had a "Mona Lisa" - and a perfect courtyard setting to enjoy the autumn sun ?

They just seem to have it figured it out. I haven't had a bad item yet. From coffee to sides, to muffins and sandwiches. Guess when your creating food with all fresh produce you get quality! Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Cute spot in downtown Summit. Reliable yogurt parfaits, well crafted salads, and friendly service.

Obnoxious male employee. Stay far away!! After messing up my delivery order, he accosted me for being upset about his establishment's error.

Love Marigolds but the Tapfood delivery service they use is disappointingly SLOW. If you want your lunch within an hour, pick it up at Marigolds your self.

Marigold's is an adorable spot in downtown Summit for both breakfast and lunch, with ample outdoor seating on a big patio. We got the Maddie morning (sriracha avocado toast) and a banana nut muffin, both of which were excellent. While you do order at a counter inside for food, we found the service to be great - quick and considerate, and there was a self service station for water. They brought the food to us outside and we enjoyed the experience so much, we ended up staying until lunch time and ordering the Kale salad and Southwestern quinoa bowl. They have an excellent selection of paninis, salad, and soups, as well as a decent breakfast menu. Tons of vegetarian options, and everything is super fresh. This is a great, casual spot for a quick healthy bite.

It's the ginger-peanut dressing in bangkok crunch that put this place at the top 5 on my list. No wonder why they are so bustling every day. 5/5

Perhaps my favorite lunch spot in Summit! Upscale sandwiches with fresh ingredients and friendly service, all at a reasonable price. First thing I did when I moved into Summit was to try every restaurant to find those awesome local spots with great food (as opposed to great marketing campaigns) and this is the winner. A+++++

Walked in at 2:40 PM and was told that their kitchen closes at 2:30 PM despite it saying they close at 3 PM everywhere else. Never coming back here again.
