I've been to this location once before, and it isn't terrible. Sushi came out pretty fast and the servers were all very nice. I feel like the quality is just okay, and it's probably the same quality used in the Edison location but for some reason I feel more comfortable eating at the Edison location. It could be because this particular location is in the basement of the building. Parking is a bit limited in summit as well but for a rainy Sunday, it was nice that there was no wait time and we left with our sushi craving satisfied. overall I would definitely eat at the chain again but I'll stick to the Edison location.

Sushi Palace in Summit NJ is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!1. Roaches2. Service is TERRIBLE3. None of the food came at the same time.4. Food took way too long. WE WAITED 40 MINUTES FOR MY WIFE'S ORDER.My son's 2 Cali rolls came before the appetizers. My pork katsu came out without the rice or the salad, my dumplings (appetizer) came out after asking for my salad and looked fresh out of the freezer. My wife didn't get her Miso soup until my son was done eating all his sushi, Her food finally came out after my son and I were finished eating, period. She got the "all you can eat...", and then they wanted to charge us extra for taking what she had left on her plate after waiting for forever to get after I asked, "where's her food?"...I'm said I'm not paying extra to take what we paid for after waiting for forever for you to get us food and she said ok. I packed our leftovers and we left.Yes I said roaches. When waiting, a woman at the table 2 tables over from us screamed and jumped up... they pointed , I looked down and the roach comes crawling over towards us. The waitress said "oh ok", stepped on it, wiped her foot, and kept it moving like there was nothing wrong. I am calling the health department.NEVER AGAIN! Find another place other than in the basement here at Sushi Palace in Summit."Oh it's great, it's awesome, and so good!"Nope. No thank you.

Not the best sushi around, but still pretty good for the price. Service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is decent, but the restaurant is in a basement, so that is a bit of a detractor.Overall, Sushi Palace is worth it for a reasonably priced all you can eat sushi meal.

I came to this place today with my friends, it was my first time but they already ate in there. We did the all you can eat and “worth” the price. The food was good and it seems fresh too. The customer service is ok. But when I was finishing eating I saw a mouse running in the dinning room. After that I wanted to leave immediately. A few minutes later, the server came with the bill and when I was about to pay the bill the mouse ran to our table.

The food was decent but we saw two mouse’s. The mouse even came running to our table and they only gave us 20% discount. Terrible service.

A great, unassuming sushi spot. Friendly staff too

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. It's located in the basement of a large building complex so not a fancy place but is clean and the servers were friendly. Large space with plenty of seating for large groups. Seems like most people come here for their "all you can eat" option, which is very reasonably priced at about $30 per person; it includes apps, soup, sushi, sashimi, noodles, and even dessert. We just got a mix of classic rolls because we weren't that hungry. Took a while to get the food but we could see it was being freshly prepared. Sushi was tasty and had good portions of fish. Would come back to try the "all you can eat" with a group of friends.

My Family and Friends love coming to Sushi Palace. We used to always go to the Edison location because parking is better, but this Summit location is beautiful. Love the family style atmosphere and fresh Sushi and hot food selections. A lot of other places have limits on faves, Sushi Palace never does that to their customers which we love and why we always come back over and over again. Definitely worth it for the price and deliciousness. Street parking isn't too bad because there are plenty of areas to park, and there's a lot of people who are in and out so you will find parking eventually on busy days.

Sushi Palace of Summit is located in the basement of an office buiding on a street near the train station. Accessible by elevator if you need it, and BYOB for those who prefer to bring their own Japanese beer or sake. The staff is very attentive and courteous, and easy-going Japanese music is heard in the restaurant. There are plenty of tables and booths, to accommodate a large amount of people, although on a Thursday evening when we came for dinner, the restaurant was not full. What makes this restaurant unique is the fact that in addition to a full menu of choices - sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, etc, there is an All You Can Eat Option at a price of $28.95/person Mon-Thurs and $30.95/person Fri-Sun. The sashimi pieces in the AYCE are very small, but the rolls are quite large - larger than the regular rolls you get off the menu. Lots of roll choices and the food and fish is very fresh.Great place for a large group of friends.Wheelchair accessibility: elevator

From the jump, I knew it was going to be a great dinner. The service is amazing, very attentive & considerate. The food comes out at the perfect time, we ordered calamari which came with this tangy sauce that was soooo good. Seaweed salad and mushroom soup, all the best before we got to the sushi. The sushi had a fresh taste and the rice was cooked phenomenally. 11/10 check them out and get the green tea ice cream

They didn't even bring out the rolls I ordered and when I told them they never brought me my food they said to order again and wait after previously waiting 40 minutes for my friends orders to only to see my dinner not there. This was highly rude and I will not accept this I am currently still waiting for my food and I am very furious. Hopefully before I make the decision to never come back I will allow they to make it right to me I AM WEARING A GREEN JACKET

Was really bad this time around, had better experience before. The fish cut in diffident sizes? rolls small and tasted funny, fish not fresh last left over from last night? will not return.

I frequently go to this place. It’s a great all you can eat (AYCE) sushi place. The quality of the fish is good and so is the service. The AYCE option is about $30 per person. The lighting inside is a little too dim for my liking but other than that, this is a solid place to go to for AYCE sushi.
