Great food and a fun place. While they seem to cater more to carryout, we had a good experience . We were there for lunch and the pizza was wonderful. Our order came quickly and the pizzas were cooked perfectly. I occasionally order pizza for the Nuns at the Dominican Monastery and this is their favorite place as well.

Figured Zappias deli used to be good so their pizza is prob ok right ? Even though I didn’t hear good things but decided to give it a shot. Well this was one of the worst pizzas I have had in a long time. Terrible dough, no taste, like eating cardboard dust with terrible cheeses. It was like really bad college football pizza. Called restaurant after and let them know, the girl could not of cared less. Bummer will not go back.
We just moved to Summit from DC and ordered delivery for dinner after our move. We ordered a white pizza, Greek salad and strawberry fields salad. Delivery took about an hour. Everything tasted great, good prices. The staff over the phone was extremely friendly. We will absolutely order from here again!!

Brick Oven! Are you kidding me! They have an ordinary pizza oven and are churning out fairly standard pizza. Whether you buy a slice or an entire pie to eat there you pay a per slice price and the slices get reheated. Only delivery orders get fresh pies at the whole pie price. Not sure who came up with this business model, but I doubt that Harvard Business School will be doing a case study on it any time soon.

In a previous review of disappointment of them being closed, this is NOT the case! They ARE OPEN and have moved around the corner. Why this has yet to be corrected is beyond me, but nonetheless they are open and the food is as good as always. Zappos's is now located around the corner around mid block on the same side as Starbucks

Customer service is great. I had a slice of their cheese pizza and their garlic knots - pretty similar to Whole Foods. Okay, if you want to grab a slice to satisfy a pizza craving.

The pizza is great. Every single speciality pizza I've had has been absolutely delicious and the plain pies are solid. Staff is lovely. The only iffy this is their wishy-washy COVID policy, which seems to have resulted in other customers being comfortable going maskless. Take out or delivery is a solid work around to avoid other customers
