For the last year, we have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after last week issues with food and service we will never be going back. The food and drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent. (The picture attached is what we received when my husband ordered an old-fashioned 😂😂) On top of that, everyone who works there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows in both the service and the food. Management is MIA or at the bar talking to their friends (note to owners- get better staff and put an effort into training them or your business will not survive) This is quite a shame because it has recently been beautifully renovated and there are slim picken for eating out in Vernon. Rumor has it that the old Vernon Inn building is finally being purchased. Hopefully by someone who knows what they’re doing, as this town desperately needs good restaurant with a bar..fingers crossed!!!
