This place is like a hole in the wall (you'll miss it when driving by, if you don't particularly pay attention to its location!), but BOY do they have yummy food! ? Wasn't disappointed. A typical neighborhood bar where everyone mingles the best they can, while others sit and enjoy chef's delights. And talking about the chef, he is above and beyond, ohlalaa - he ecen came personally to explain to me that he can make a gluten-free version basically of anything I want from the menu. Wow! Where else do you get that kind of service? Nowhere!

Food is great - bathroom is (and has been for MANY years) not usable...might as well go outside..... It's a local clique place. Patience is required. Local patrons are fairly rude and racist - and loud about it. Won't go back.
Better than it appears. Roomy inside, friendly service, decent food, and fair prices. I had the chicken parm, good but my new crown came off my tooth. No reflection on the restaurant, just a mnemonic. Ate here after a short hike in Michael Huber Prairie Warbler Preserve.
