The costumer service here is top notch! Cathy was so nice and sweet to remake my cake after she noticed the was a minor mistake. Both cakes were beautifully made and just want I had asked for. Highly recommend! service was amazing and the cake was delicious. Will be a returning customer ☺️

I decided to try the new bakery nearby and pick a couple of cupcakes. The cupcakes are moist and just the right amount of sweetness when eaten with a bit of icing. The place is clean and the packaging are cute and neat.If there is something I could say is, I was hoping they use buttercream icing on the carrot cupcake instead of regular one otherwise it’s a neat place to pick treats!

I bought this delicious cheese cake for a dinner. Everyone loved it, it was so rich and creamy. The cake base was a nice addition too. I would really recommend this bakery!

I went looking for something American but came out with a rum cake that was amazing, the cake was so moist and rich in flavor. I would definitely go back here. 100% recommend, staff very friendly even take the time to add a bit of fundant on for me when I tell her it was for my husband birthday. Just amazing.

Yum, just Yum and now they have ice cream! They are open late and take cake pre-order for birthdays, weddings and other events. I am so glad they came to Teaneck Road. You have to patron Cake Portraits.

Bought a graduation cake here and the price was very reasonable and I got it very quickly. I will be buying all my kids cakes and cupcakes here from now on. The "mother to be" chose this small black owned bakery, in an effort to patronize and support small businesses within our community. I met with owner 2 months prior to the event, and provided the attached photo. The owner quoted me a price, and stated she could accomplish this cake, using air brush paint, and stated that she could put a special message, on edible paper inside of the cake, for the reveal. All of this sounded amazing, so with no hesitation, I left a deposit, and started planning. The cake was paid in full, 3 weeks before the event, which I regret, because she failed to produce, and she's now refusing to reimburse me. The cake was picked up on the day the of the event, and looked nothing like the photo. The cake was supposed to be airbrushed, with mint green, lavender, and gold, yet this was not accomplished. Plus the special message was plastered on top of the cake, and the "father to be" saw this, when he picked up the cake. When I called her, she apologized for placing the message on the cake, despite the 3 meetings we had. She also informed me that she didn't own an airbrush machine and had no plans on renting one. However, 6-8 weeks is enough time to rent an airbrush machine, if it's what you promised your customers. After 3 private discussions, and stating that she understood the vision, the owner put no effort into making our cake, despite being paid in full. In addition, she failed us, by placing the special message on top of the cake, for all of the attendees at the party to see, although it was intended to be an intimate message inside of the cake to the parents. The owner was well aware, that this was a rainbow baby, and plastered it, on top of the couple's cake. She ruined the gender reveal, and has apologized, but refused to reimburse us. When I asked for a full reimbursement, due to her failure to produce, she blamed it on my expectations, rather than taking responsibility for her inability to produce. Apparently my expectations were too high. This cake costed me hundreds. I will never buy from this bakery/owner again. We had intentions on using her for the shower, however, it's obvious that she is incapable of producing, so we can't take any chances. This couple deserved better, and she showed no humility for ruining their cake, and almost ruining their day. Never Again!

If you are looking for a friendly wonderful bakery this is the place to go. I ordered a cake for my mother in laws birthday and the decoration of the cake was wonderful. Everyone at the party loved the taste of the cake. The owner was very sweet and helpful with the whole process 10/10 will recommend.

i ordered a simple cake for my son's birthday, nice presentation but once you cut into it and take a bite cake was old and dry, see images.. should have bought Dairy Queen icecream cake or even a shoprite one, would have been better and cheaper i know its a new place and they probably not selling enough and saving cakes in a fridge but guys do better if you want your business to survive...
