$20 for a tiny thing of popcorn chicken you’d think they fill it to the top. Used to love this place but it’s really gone downhill in terms of quality and apparently quantity. Prices are absurdly high these days and not too worth it.

I just came into Chickie's and wanted to eat a bit healthier. I know going into Chickie's is not really the right place (lol), but I decided to get the 1/2 sandwich lunch special and wanted and small side salad instead of the fried. The guy at the counter would not be flexible and said he was in charge. Where has this world gone when we can't get people to be flexible and give a little Israeli salad instead of delicious greasy French fries. Thumbs down for Chickie's with their inflexibility

Yummy fast food for the kids. It’s self serve after ordering if you want more of anything, and the restaurant itself doesn’t even have a bathroom, so I had to go next door and buy some wine when nature called, but to be able to get kosher fried chicken is very nice. Didn’t try the gluten free menu for myself but very nice that they have the option.Kid-friendliness: This place is made for kids, especially hungry tween and teen boys

This place has a lot of potential to make really good food. and sandwiches. The chicken was too thick and too chewy. I felt like I had my shoes in my mouth. If I had the option to rate it below five, I would’ve done that, the only thing that’s missing is a little bit more

Doesn't compare to Lakewood food, but I'll give it 5-stars for an out of town restaurant...

Food is disgusting. My kids who love love schnitzel tasted it and said it’s disgusting. Everything you touch in this place from the menu to floors feels sticky and greasy. The place just feels dirty. We ordered the classic chicken finger family Box. The chicken fingers were tasteless, tough texture and greasy. Looks as if they had some precooked chicken sitting in the fryer basket and then tossed it into the fryer again to heat up. The cauliflower poppers were mushy (not crunchy) and soggy with oil. French fries were greasy and soggy (not crunchy) and overly salted. This place is a joke and I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake because there is no way anyone could enjoy such garbage. Will never go here again. No wonder the place was empty. There are better options nearby. After spending close to $140 dollars on fried chicken for 2 small kids and 2 adults I had to go home and prepare my kids food because they were starving. SHAME ON YOU CHICKIES!!!!

Horrible experience food was not as good as it us to be! Dry and flavorless chicken on a sandwich that has 70 percent bread 20 percent toppings and 10 percent chicken! AVOID THIS PLACE!

It's just sad because it was a great place to go. We used to go 2-3 times a week. Even my non-Jewish friends would always order from Chickies and the line was out the door. Now, it’s always empty and if I go once in a few months, I usually regret it.Ever since the place switched owners, it has gone downhill, while their prices have gone up drastically. When Nir was the owner, the place was fun, and you could have chosen what you would like on the sandwich, like Subway, as they made the sandwich in front of the customer. It's not like that anymore. All the employees are always on their phones with zero care for the customers. They spend a lot of money on branding on the bags, wrapping, and everything else, but the customer is the one paying the price.Even the credit card fees, which many places have learned the new trick of charging 3%, 3.5%, and even 4%, while they themselves pay less than 3% in credit card fees. But I guess charging the customer 4.5% is the kosher rate. My business, as well as Shoprite, Gap, and any other store, have been paying credit card fees ever since credit card machines started. Yet, I don't pass it on to my customers, and I certainly won't try to make money from our customers because of it.Additionally, if a customer comes during the lunch special and orders without specifying that they want the lunch special, they will never be informed that a better deal is available and will be charged the full regular price. Informing the customer would require the business honesty and kindness to be greater than their greed, and unfortunately, that's not the case here.
