I went inside the store to place my order because I thought it would be faster. To my miscalculation it took almost 10 minutes before someone asked me for my order even though I was the only one on the line for a while. All staff was focused on window orders. Next time I'll just order coffee from the window and leave the donuts behind since I have to see them prior to ordering.Parking: There is a small parking lot with about 8 or 9 spots. I usually get parking but sometimes it's full. There is another business next door and I think some customers park there also.

Placed my order by the drive thru and when picking it up it was the wrong order. Young Asian looking girl got mad and argued w me. Finally, she gave me large iced coffee, very dark. I asked for extra cream and gave me a face w big attitude. I asked for a refund and was told to go back when manager was there and to move on.Place is a total disaster. Hope they closed them down and wish I could give them a -10 stars.

For service, I want to give 0 points.Useless and rude staff. They have 5 employees working at one time, and miss orders for drive thru. Its been more than 6 times they have done this. They either miss orders or give wrong food orders. FYI: I do small orders. Useless employees and rude manager. She didn’t even apologize once. Drive thru is supposed to be quick, but this hassle wastes 30 minutes and more.

The service is ok. The lady didn’t even let me know my order was ready. It was sitting at the pick up station basically right after I ordered and she never said anything. The scenery inside is nice though.

They were a bit slow, really nice though, but the “grilled cheese” was awful. Not crispy at all the way a grilled cheese should be. It was soft and basically just a hot cheese sandwich. I do not recommend. The chai latte as hardly above average at best.Dietary restrictions: They have a non-pork option but I never trust a place that has all pork options as their meat and only one non-pork option.

I placed an order at the drive thru when the cashier swiped my card she said sry the system shut down after she swiped. She called the manager over and she advised her to ring it up once more. I checked my bank account and it showed the first transaction pending . I told her to stop but her manager insisted her to swipe again. She said if it shows on your account later come back. Sure enough if showed up 5 mins later so I went back and the manager refused to reverse the the payment and told me to take it up with my bank. I don't know I dnt know where it became a burden to cancelA transaction or to even put the customer services on the top of the list. But the inconvenience warrants a bad review. Here we are 5 days later and was charged twice. This happened on nov7. Customers beware

Solid DunkinDrive through is a big bonus, however it is extremely tight since it goes through the already tight lot.

I work across the street and often I do walk-in for pick up during my lunch since it's very short. I sometimes even order 10 minutes before I head out. To my surprise, upon arrival, MY order is NEVER ready. I have to wait for whoever is there to even look at the lobby because of the short attention span they have. To my surprise, they don't even have it ready... Numerous of my co-workers order ahead, no matter if it's walk-in or drive-thru, and it's ready immediately. This is absurd and embarrassing.
