The food is too salty, the utensils are rusty and dirty and the place looks topsy-turvy.

The Mongolian Beef should be renamed Mongolian Onions! 17.95 for onions with a few pieces of beef mixed in. The few pieces of beef that were mixed in were overwhelmed by the taste of onions. Very

Food use to be amazing. Now it's mediocre and the staff is terrible. If they were just a tad bit nicer it would be semi ok. Absolutely terrible when it comes to guest experience.

New owners! They are rude and the food is awful. This rating is after I ordered from the new owners on 3 separate occasions. The place looks like a quick takeout spot with boxes placed throughout the restaurant. The woman in the front who also answered the phone was nasty and rude. She needs etiquette training. This is no longer a nice family restaurant in Tneck. As a customer for over 20 years, I will NEVER go back there again.

We used to go to Empire Hunan regularly before they stopped serving indoor dining during the pandemic. We then noticed it had reopened recently. First tipoff things changed was that it was nearly empty on a Friday night. Decor had changed. They didn't offer some if the pre dinner appetizers. Silverware, glasses and teapot were dirty. We could not finish our meals and no one asked if there was an issue. Then we learned ot was under new ownership. We never returned.

Save your money - food is terrible. We ordered vegetable spring rolls, cold sesame noodles and scallion pancakes. All of it absolutely tasteless.Needless to say, we won't be ordering from there again.Food was much better under the previous management.Don't management eat the food they cook? If they did, surely they'd want to greatly improve it.

I’ve been going here for years but now it has new owners and they’re terrible. The food quality is nothing like it used to be and the staff is outright nasty! I would recommend going elsewhere, I certainly will be from now on.

This is no longer a jewel on Cedar Lane. The ambiance is cheap and shabby. Plastic table cloths have replaced the former cloth table cloths. The menus are now a sheets coated with plastic and no longer include some of the exotic choices of yore. There is no tea served either at the beginning or at the end. The food is mediocre to poor. The won ton soup is no longer a rich chicken broth, but a brownish broth with won tons that are small and falling apart. I order shredded pork with broccoli. They do not know what shredded means. They served long wormy pieces of meat that were tasteless. The sauce was all I could taste. There is nothing inviting or warm or welcoming about this place. I will not go back.

My son and I stop to eat at this restaurant yesterday. What we ordered was ok, but not the best. The tea pot was dirty and the tea was tasteless and not even warm or hot. The rest rooms were dirty both men and women with no paper towels or soap to wash our hands. Don’t understand how they got 4 stars. What a disappointment. Will not go there again.

Awful. Tables on top of each other. Tacky plastic tablecloths, paper napkins, no tea, floor under table dirty with food and paper garbage, won ton soup was brown...not yellow, shredded beef looked like fried worms with no taste, chow mein fun greasy/oily, no orange slices and pineapple at the end of the meal. Had to ask for fortune cookies. This place has certainly changed since being bought. This visit was a definite "One and Done". !!!
