Grade A , Excellent restaurant, from the food to the service to the ambience. The duck entree was delicious as well as the chicken entree. We enjoyed the fresh beer bread as well.The service was gracious and prompt. The ambience was nice and it wasn't loud which we appreciated.I would recommend Etc to anyone looking for a nice fancy dinner out.

Had a business meeting here with some colleagues, service was excellent, food was excellent, however if I could make one comment about the loud noise thumping over the elegant house music, I’d recommend in a fine dining restaurant to keep the outside noise down and the ambiance would match the food and service.

Did the 7 course tasting menu for the first time. Food quality was stellar. The service was well above par, the staff were super attentive. Would repeat without hesitation. Great option if you like variety and creativity.

Overall a brilliant experience for my family. Smiles left and right from the food (I am somewhat picky with where I dine and how my food is made). The seasoning, the texture, amazing flavors, we couldn't stop! I honestly don't know how we made it to dessert.Since moving to jersey 2 years ago, no restaurant impressed me like Etc. Steakhouse, HANDS DOWN.I see us there very often. Gotta try everything!
