Let me start off by saying this was my first time juice cleansing with 0 solid's. I’m so so proud of myself! I was able to be consistent & disciplined. I lost 7lbs in 4days. My 1st two days of cleansing was the hardest. After that it got a little easier and I was less hungry. I also noticed myself with more energy. In which I was very surprised.
