The lady who served looked like she did things reluctantly. I also ordered two Italian bread sandwiches and she gave them to me in a bag, knowing that a bag would also break most of the ingredients I asked for, she didn't have them. He told me that he didn't have pepperoni but I could see on the counter that he also had no mozzarella cheese.

DO NOT go here!!!! I've been a very very loyal customer, spending large amounts of money each week and today the owner, Mo, decided to be nasty and rip me off!!! He has progressively been nit picking my order over the last week and today, he had a small meltdown. Not sure why, but totally unforgiving. I offered to pay for extra items but he basically doesn't want my business and told me so!!!!! We always got along well, so I just say WATCH OUT!!!! Go elsewhere!

Called to ask if the location was participating in the frequently advertised promotion to buy one and get the second at a discount. I asked and was told "no, no,no" and rudely hung up on! When I called back, perhaps to order, he let it go into voice mail. The website to contact corporate is useless.

Subway use to be amazing when they were in maywood. Wish they didn't close it. Not enough ranch sauce on chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Service was good but the food quality was low but at least it's better than the one in Washington

The ladies in this Subway on Cedar Lane are absolutely fantastic. Friendly, courteous, quick, clean -- sensational! I absolutely love this Subway. The ladies who make the sandwiches are dolls and the lady owner is one-of-a-kind. The guy working here was cleaning around when i came in, he helped me make my sandwich with the same nasty gloves he was wearing to clean up...still with the gloves on he punched in my order and grabbed my cup with his fingers all up inside it... very unsanitary as he made my sandwich but also was in the middle cleaning and touching other things with the gloves . disgusting.
Don't buy the reviews from these whiney bitches in the previous reviews. This place is one of the better Subways in the area. They've been open for 25 years! Kinda hard to stay in business if you're not doing something right. Wahhh they didn't follow my order instructions.

Another restaurant has employees who cannot read orders. We ordered an Italian BMT without onions. Guess what it had on it? Yup, onions. The wife ordered no lettuce. Guess what she got? If people have food allergies, this store will make people sick. Unless you go there and watch them like a hawk, do not order from this store.

The lady who prepared my sandwich was very reluctant to add any toppings apart from lettuce and tomatoes. She only added very little quantities of some of the toppings when I asked. She also added very little dressing/sauce in spite of me asking to put increase the amount. She quickly wrapped it up and looked at me as if she wanted me to pay and get out quickly and stop asking her to add toppings or the sauce.For the super expensive price of the sandwich that is almost double the cost from the past I felt cheated at how little was served. I have had much better experience with previous management or other Subway locations.
