Teaneck Sushi has a wonderful decor and atmosphere, the sushi is also delicious and there is plenty to go around with the all you can eat. However, I would suggest you come here well before closing, with my group we were told the kitchen had closed despite there still being an hour until closing. Thus we were unable to have more. Also, the wait times can be excruciatingly long, so be prepared to be patient. Make sure to get the fried Oreos after you are done with the sushi. They are delicious.

I used to love this place, but the service has gotten increasingly worse. Last time I went for AYCE the staff was really rude- tried to “wait us out” by taking forever to give us our last round of sushi. To top off the experience, I also found like 5 hairs on my plate….Definitely will not be going back. It’s a shame because the food is actually good, but everything else ruins it.

Went here for my sister's birthday. Service was fine until the last round of sushi - it took like 30 mins for them to bring out the last sushi. Sushi was average, if not a little below average as there was too much rice. The sashimi pieces were a laughable size, they are TINY.

Much better than previous management. Staff is overall attentive and sushi is fresh and I like it that you can get sashimi with AYCE We usually go for the sushi/sashimi but will get some hot items too. The shrimp tempura and scallops were excellent: not greasy and hot! A place I go whenever I get a sushi yearning

The interior is very cute, and the value is good for the money. The sushi that I had (vegetarian options only) were fresh and tasted ok, and my friends liked the traditional sushi. The service was a little slow, especially with sushi, for some reason. All the hot items came out quicker and were piping hot. My friends really liked the cooked seafood options like the rock shrimp, calamari, and the red snapper tempura. The chicken katsu was ok too, but somewhat fatty. It was all going great until I had to pick out one of their sushi chef's hair out of my mouth after eating my sweet potato roll. Then they also sent us an extra roll we didn't order and said they were going to charge us for not eating it, and we had to explain to the waitress 3 times that we didn't order that one. Then, there was some confusion about a futomaki roll because the ingredients were not listed, and at other restaurants, it's purely a vegetable roll, so that was the expectation, but theirs had both egg and imitation crab. The hair incident was the biggest buzzkill because when I told the waitress, she kind of just went, "ok..." and took the napkin that I had put the hair on, then walked away, and that was just like??? So that's why this is only 3 stars.

Great spot for AYCE sushi. There's parking in the back as well as street parking across the street. My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday night and was seated immediately. BYOB so bring a bottle to share! They offer a wide variety of kitchen menu items and rolls. We didn't feel rushed or like they didn't want us ordering more. The waitress even brought us new paper menus a second time to write down our choices.

I ordered the 3 roll lunch special from the first time at this establishment. The size of the lunch portion rolls were fantastic and very flavorful. The miso soup that came with it was very good, just needed a little salt. I was very happy that I tried this restaurant for lunch takeout. I will definitely be back!
